I ask it again after 5 years after I bought your plugin and never had a clear reply about this matter, so I never used it till now:
During customer registration, is it possible to validate a custom field (text) against a value in DB (or a csv file) so that if this value is found the registration itself is validated, otherwise no registration will happen, please?
It will be nice to be able to do this as an ajax realtime validation check.

I sell some electronic products and I need to create a Warranty Registration Portal, where customers can create an account and register the serial number of the product(s) they bought. The system should be able to accept only “valid” serial numbers, so that I can avoid gray market imports.
In a few words, I would like to create a form with a field called “serial number”. When the customer insert his product’s serial number, the system should check and validate it against a list of valid serial numbers (it should be a .csv file or a MySql table, it is the same for me).
If serial number is validated, registration can proceed.
If serial number is not validated (i.e. it is NOT in my list CSV or MySql), registration cannot be completed and an error of “not valid serial code” should be shown.

Facebook sign in doesn’t work. gives an error “cannot sign in! Looks like some error with Facebook email id”.
This error appeared with those Facebook IDs which are created with mobile numbers instead of email IDs.
Kindly help, how can i fix this error to work with all facebook IDs.

Hello, our plugin requires e-mail address. If the user account does not have an email address that is why plugin shows throws this error. Admin can invite users via e-mail address only.

A pre-sales question
On the registration form, is it possible to have a custom field that accepts certain values such as a code (validated against our list) and based on that the user is assigned a specific role or category? I.e. if User enters number 10 then his role is XXX, if user enters number 20 then his role is YYY, etc.
We have users belonging to different companies and we want them to first register and be assigned the same role per company so they are redirected to their respective “company page” after login.

Hi, I see this supports the ability to publish via the user page which is great, my questions- 1. Can the payment plugin be used to allow someone to create an account for free, but is charged for the post they publish? So it works like a directory style site. 2. Does the publishing part with with ACF Plugin?

Hi, we have the plugin and it present this isuue: No matter what profile url we visit, they all load the default profile that is logged. We have tried disabling all plugins, removing the theme, and uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, everytime with the same results. We have 600-650 members on the site, is possible that this quantity can make corrupt this funcionality of see profiles via url by de template=view parameter? Please help us, thanks.

We have found that this string is translatable using Loco Translate. What translation plugin you are using? Did you try clear cache in your website?
I used Loco translate and all is clear, but perhaps it’s because it’s the value pack… and in the value pack no strings about dashboards addon
