Hi,
I just bought the multisite reporting, but there is a calculation error/bug in total sales.
Total sale amount calculates total sales from gross revenue – refunds. However, refunds is already substracted from gross revenue amount, meaning refunds is substracted 2 times in the total sales amount.
Can you fix this?

Multisite Report admin menu lowest capability is “manage_woocommerce” Shop Manager and Administrator both role user view the reports.
Ok. Can each user only view reports from their own site?
I have a premium multisite, and each user has their own individual panel.
When a new site is created, will the option to view reports already appear for each user, or do I need to manually configure it?

I just installed your app but it is not taking into account partial refunds. It is saying I have $0 worth of refunds compared to the default woocommerce report showing I have $500 in refunds.

It seems that the dashboard will only show one currency sign for multisites that uses different currencies. The numbers are correct but the sign is incorrect. Is there some way to fix that?
Also, one possible feature would be currency conversion, since the value for total sales will be incorrect if there’s more than one currency.
Installed plugin on new wordpress install with just woocommerece as a plugin activated and getting a blank screen after hitting activate.
Basically shuts down my whole back-end for wordpress and can’t do anything. If I un-install from within an FTP and delete it, my wordpress goes back to normal.

Installed plugin on a new wordpress setup with no other plugins activated accept woocommerce and it stopped working, shut down the wordpress backend.

Hi, We are using WordPress Multi-Site Reports (license: 5130754c-4b9d-485f-a335-d9de4b7ccb7c). We also have “User Role Editor”. When I’m logged as Admin I see the Multisite Reporting, but when I change for one of my roles I don’t see it anymore. How can I add this option as a Capability to “User Role Editor”.

In order to give multi-site report permission to new user role, Please follow below steps: 1) Go to Network Sites > Sites (Please see image on http://prntscr.com/ksmga4 for your reference) 2) Click on edit (Please see image on http://prntscr.com/ksmh8g) 3) Select users tab and add user to respective site(Please see image on http://prntscr.com/ksmhio) 4) Then login with that user and check.

I do not have multisite. I have separate shops as separate WordPress installations and want to see summarized reports of all shops. Does it work only with multi site?

Hi, I purchased this item for a multi-site network I’m running. Several sites, different currencies. The reports shows only one currency, so all data is wrong… Is there any way to do something about it?
WordPress Multi-site Reports only supports one currency. It is not supporting multi currencies.
I think it would be appropriate to include this information in the product description.
Will add this details on description page, mostly plugins supports single currency, if multi currencies are supported it is mentioned as feature
