For the EMD I’d like to use an option to filter out all accounts from our EMD without an avatar. I know there’s a general shortcode for the memberlist (memberlist_withavatar), but was wondering if there’s a similar shortcode or piece of code I could use for the EMD? Thanks!

1) Yes you can translate fields with WPML, we have integration with this plugin. 2) No, you need to use Notepad++, Sublime or other text editor, because Excel will broke data structure of CSV file.

1.) I confirm UserPro supports WPML, as we’re able to translate labels, dropdowns and descriptions with WPML. Though, if a user wants to update his profile, the main language is still being shown instead of the users language. Is this something you can fix? 2.) Your plug-in says “Upload succesfully finished”, even though nothing has imported. Instead, we’ve used WP All Import to import all user data. Works great, although it would be better if the default importer would have work.

Pre-Sales Questions:
- Is this plugin has the ability for member to invite referrals? We require tracking of 3 level of referrals. Members do not require membership fee, only one type of membership for everyone.
- If not, do you have any add-on plugin for referral system? Mainly, we want to know how members are being registered (Referred by existing members or direct registration). Admin should be able to see the structure for all members. Take note that we are not running affiliate system, just the referral. All sales made outside of the website.
- Members require to submit certain information regularly. We prefer them to submit it in form format but the form should be able to auto-capture member’s information such as username, date of submission and attachment. We will then extract all submission to .csv for reporting purpose.
- We assume we can specify username to appear in referral link (we do not want it to appear in number format. i.e when user register, they will be numbered 1-1000 which will be displayed in their profile link for referral). We want their preferred username to appear instead.
- Unable to try your demo site as it is not accepting the given username/password.
Can your plugin handle all these?

Hello, in UserPro -> Fields settings there is a button Add New Field. After you create a new field you need to drag and drop it to Registration or Profile Fields (http://prntscr.com/kbpiw5). Then click Save and refresh the page. Now you should see Conditional fields. http://prntscr.com/kbpk0u

When User SignUp they have Choice to Sign Up as – TIPS PROVIDER or TRADER. According to SignUp their role is Auto Assign. I mean when some one Join as TIPS PROVIDER they assign user role / group – TIPS PROVIDER and if they join as TRADER assign to TRADER ROLE/ GROUP… Is this possible ?? Also I have Monthly charge for Each of this Member. So i want monthly payment . If Month Expire they Assign Role as – SUBSCRIBER Is this possible using your plugin ????
Hello, thank you for your message. In the registration you can add field that allows user to select which role they choose. You can set that specific role can edit other user profiles. After membership expiration users can’t login to the site, but they can’t get subscriber role. In any unanswered questions left, let us know. Best regards!
Like the user WolfGlobal mentioned above, please share the solution (if any) in public so we dont need to keep raising tickets for the same issue over and over again. All the same questions in the past 4 years in your forum and elsewhere about this issue are unresolved and I only see “please raise a ticket” and then nothing further.

You have to install Loco translate plugin and translate these buttons: 1. Go to Loco Translate -> Plugins. 2. Choose UserPro and select English (United States) 3. Find and translate those buttons text http://prntscr.com/ka8exl.
