You can only use those videos in case you were using Amazon s3 as storage and you want to change storage back to server etc, otherwise you can’t add queries for that. we do have import and upload videos system both. many users have approved apps in the playstore

Sometimes when people try to upload videos nothing happens. The upload bar stays at 1% and if you try to leave the upload screen and go to the site you get a white screen. I got this issue myself today when I tried to upload a standard mp4 file that was only 255MB. After this couldnt access the site and the screen was blank. I had to relaunch my browser in order to even be able to use the site.
