Hi,

There are multiple options to manage the Account Page showcase and even multiple predefined Templates. If is required a completely custom solution you can create your own template file into your WP Theme which will overwrites the templates files provided by the system.

Hi, I have a pre-sale question about the plugin. It is possible for a new user when registered to the site to get free some days trial and sees locked content.

When the free trial period expired the user couldn’t be seen locked content.

And if the user wants to continue to see the hidden content must pay.

PS: we don’t want to have a free plan but just a trial plan period for new registered users.

Hi,

You can set this kind of approach with Regular Period levels where a Trial period (even for free) can be applied. When this period expire the user will be charged otherwise his level will expire and not access will be provided.

No, that is not possible and is not allowed. There is not a “white label” item and based on the copyright law you have no rights to change the Product identification or the owner.

Customers can see and download their Invoices from Account Page. Those are not automatically sent to users but you can simply provide the link to them directly to Invoices page.
