What if a visitor signs up for a free account, when he does, can he get access to a free video in member area 1. To get the next free video in the series in member area 2, he needs two points to access it. When he gets two friends to sign up for a free account, he gets 1 point from each signup. Can he then ‘spend’ the two points to access member area 2? Can this be done? Thank you.

I’m using Buddypress with Kleo theme, please could you let me know if the following is possible:
1) I’d like to make the registration a multi-step process by asking a few questions per page, rather than all the questions on the same page as on your demo… can I do that? So for example 3 pages/steps with a few questions per page, each time the user clicks ‘Next’ they get to the next page. On the first couple of pages I would ask for profile information, and on the final page I would ask for username, email address & password, with a “Register” button. Is that possible?
2) Since I’m using another theme which has features built in similar to UserPro, can I turn off other features of UserPro & just use the registration feature if I want to?

1) There is no such functionality, whole registration is in the single page (window). This feature requires code customization. We can provide it to you if needed. 2) It depends what functionality you need to turn off. You can disable that other users can’t view others profile. Most of the functionality are related to each other and can’t be turned off.

2) As I mentioned, I am using another theme which uses Buddypress and has several similar features to UserPro. I only need UserPro for the customer registration screen and nothing else, is this possible?

3) The plugin was already the most expensive plugin in its class when its cost was $30. When you count the cost of add-ons (many useless & outdated), its price was already increasing over $120 (bundled add-ons and the rest).
In the long period, you will lose customers. We have just given up. We can count money and chose a different solution for over 80 websites.

This was a problem because we had planned purchase in larger quantities and spread over time: 20/40/20/60. For good reason, the price stability, that Envato had guaranteed (so far) was important. I have an issue with ‘textarea’ fields. When I edit those, the line breaks are okay. But when I go to the user profile, there are no line breaks. Its all one big paragraph. What should I change? Something in CSS? I tried without success.

Hello, thank you for your query. You shouldn’t get any issue. All data are saved in the database and after uninstalling the plugin it should be there, please make sure you have all backups of your site, before doing this. One thing would be that you won’t see the additional fields in WP -> Users, that users entered during registration. Also user images are stored in uploads/userpro and you should keep it there or move to another location and change it in the database.
I want to use your Pro plugin for my a Real Estate and Matrimonial portal. Can I create different forms for different Member category. Examples: When user select ‘Matrimonial Agency’ he should be directed to ‘Agency” form with different fields. If user selects ‘Customer’ he should get customer form. Same is the case with Real Estate portal, Agency, Buyer & Seller to have separate membership form but begin from same start-up page. Is it covered in your pro plugin?
Hello, thank you for being interested in our plugin. You have two options. First, create conditional fields, when the user selects one of options, other fields related to this appear. Another option would be to create Multiple Registration form, then you will have a shortcode for each of this form, but you need to figure it out how to redirect user to a suitable page.
