Yes, you can use it on cloud hosting. Mailwizz requires basic PHP functionality, you need php >= 5.2 (though you really should use >= 7) and mysql >= 5.1.
You’ll also need to add a few cron jobs to your cloud vps.

as now I just download fresh copy of script from cc and uploaded on server but after I hit URL mydomain.com/install/index.php then its throwing 404 message.
404 means there’s nothing there, so maybe you have installed it in a folder? or maybe you have to hit mydomain.com/latest/install/index.php ?
The idea is the /install/ url you need must point to where you have the install folder when uploaded mailwizz.
So maybe go over the install instructions one more time.

I have tried 2 installs. The install goes smoothly, but for some reason once the platform is loaded. I keep running across links in the admin panel that dont work. Primarily what I notice now is that none of the tools links work to import leads. I also notice that all of the links in the admin panel suddenly become un-clickable.

That’s interesting, maybe you have an old .htaccess from a previous cms such as wordpress? That might cause links to break.

I was trying out the demo’s. They do not let you save anything so I can’t create a test list, etc. I really thought this would be a great script but I cannot buy it if I can’t test it out by even creating a list, segments, etc to make sure it will work for me. The demos are read only.

1) I am looking for a newsletter plugin to install in my subdomain on a shared hosting server of Godaddy. Will your application support without any issues.
2) Will I be able to create the subscription forms with ease so that users when they subscribe using their email id’s it will get added to for dedicated lists/groups (I need support from your end to add the subscription box to my website.

Thanks for considering MailWizz.
1 – While MailWizz will work just fine on shared hosting at GoDaddy i really don’t advise installing it on shared hosting, better get a VPS.
2 – Each email list you create will automatically generate the html code for embedding in other sites. We don’t help adding the code to your site, it’s easy enough for anyone to do it.
3 – This depends entirely on what delivery servers you will use and if they allow FROM Spoofing. Most don’t anymore, but this has no connection to MailWizz but to your delivery servers. You can either let your customers add their own servers, or you add the servers for them and configure them properly, etc. Remember you will need an extended license if you will have customers.
4 – It should not.
5 – Yes you can create predefined templates and share them with your customers.
6 – No, but we do support a bunch of the other ones.
7 – You can convert your excel in csv and import it like that.
8 – Sure there is.

For point number 1) If it doesn’t work fine on Godaddy, can I get a refund?
For point number 3), you mean that I need to purchase the extended license for $245? Can I use the regular license if I have more 3 websites for which I want to send newsletter individually.
New 9) I will install the software on a subdomain of my parent website. I’ll add my 3 websites as customers. When I send the emails will the emails be sent as if they are sent from the individual website instead of the parent website.

1 – We don’t issue refunds. Our app works exactly as advertised and it has been battle tested for years. We recommend using a VPS to avoid common issues with shared hosting.
2 – Ah, if you won’t be charging money from your customers then you don’t need an extended license, the regular one is fine.
9 – If you add separate delivery server, for each customer, then yes, you will be able to do this. Remember that MailWizz is just a mail transfer agent, so if the smtp server decides to add or remove additional headers, mailwizz has no power over this.

- When using mail merge to send email campaigns, the image inside the email loads automatically. But whenever we use a php script, the image is not, we should right click on image to download it. Does your script have a solution for this?
- Does Mailwizz have a timer to count how much time recipient spend on mail?
- Can I send a single campaign using multiple smtp servers at the same time. Ex: every 1000 emails are sent with different smtp?

The KB serves as a complete user manual, all the possible issues are covered there. Inside the APP, beside a welcome tour explaining you what you have to do to get started, you will find tooltips for all the important fields and these tooltips explain what those fields do. You all will see INFO icons across the entire app which once pressed will show you additional information. If after all this amount of documentation things are not clear, you can reach out to support for clarifications.

hi, thanks for good product. I didnt review yet. Because we have some problems. When we test our e-mail html themplete it working well. But we send e-mail to our list with a company mails dont seems well.

- Can I charge customers for using mailwizz but in a way that every customer will use my website (let’s say abcd.com) as an interface, but they own email server (let’s say amazon SES) . So, from inside the customer dashboard, I’ll add a feature “connect to your Amazon SES account” for example.

The code is open source so you can edit it. However, mailwizz has a super advanced hooking system based on filters and actions which you can use so you do the changes and not worry that an upgrade will break your app.
You can also set mailwizz up so the customers will be forced to add their own delivery servers, amazon, mailgun, etc.
