Hi could u plz help me in creating mass pages or posts with default content maintained as template as am using wpbakery visual composer to design my wp site and i have installed quick post creator to add multiple pages in one go, as i have maintained a template in wpbakery visual composer and when i try to add multiple pages with the help of quick post creator then its just creates pages but that ll not have any content so i need to open manually each and every page then select the template for content and then need to save so the particular page gets content.
Hello, In this case, you can use our templatera add-on: https://wpbakery.com/addons/templatera/ to create a template and then add it onto the required page/post. Any change that you make to the template will be reflected on the page/post where it is added.

Hi Rohan thanks for your reply and i hope i have understood how templatera add on would function, like i need to manually add templatera in required pages or posts so that i can control the content of pages centrally but templatera ll not add content automatically to the new pages created as i have more that 500 posts and 500+ pages so i cant imagine my self to add templatera manually in each pages, so with regard to this do u have any idea to add content in multiple pages automatically, appreciate your earliest reply. Hello, Unfortunately, we do not have a functionality to automatically add content to the existing pages. This can be set for any new page/post under WPbakery Page Builder -> General settings -> Default template for the post type.

Hi, I’m trying to change the color of loading circles that appear before a post grid (for example) while it’s loading. I have found there is a class vc_grid-loading that controls this element, but I can’t find to change the color. I have tried to change background-color, but vc_grid-loading is not the right element to target. Not the pseudo elements :before and :after can resolve my attempt.

Hello, You can change it by overriding the color property of loader class via custom CSS.

when I have nextgen gallery enabled I lose options in wpbakery page builder. for example background color for rows are not enabled and I cannot adjust them. if I disable nextgen pro and free I then get all my settings back. I have version 5.7.1 WPBakery PB

Do I need to use the license to install the plug in in my local enviroment? What will happen when I need to install it on production on my hosting?
Hello, The license activation is not mandatory for a localhost site. However, if you want to avail features such as template library, etc. then the license activation will be required. If you are not looking for these features, then you can activate it only on production website.

It says the license I bought yesterday is not available. It says no licenses are available. What do I do.
Hello, Since the license is purchased via codecanyon, in this case you should import the license into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. You can then activate the plugin license as per: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/activate-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress-license/

I purchased a license in December – and I have been emailing and contacting support with WPbakery and envato – every since because the plugin does not recognize my license.
So I paid 6 months with zero access or help. I tried support – but because it doesn’t recognize my license – it will not allow me to post there. Envato is trying to help me – but nothing has worked yet.
If someone from wpbakery can help me – that will be great. It’s been 6 months. Thank you.

Hi. The license expired on 6-15-18 because I was not able to import the license. I reached out to wpbakery and envato many times since I purchased the lincense in Dec. Hello, Unfortunately, the columns does not support width set via percentages. The nearest layour which you can use is 1/4+1/2+1/4.

I am interested in buying this nice plugin, but I read here that to get support, you have to login using the envato account credentials and that Envato will allow access to you for my account info, all my purchases etc. I am not comfortable with that as there is no need for you to see what else I have purchased. All you really need is the license to verify your plugin purchase. Most of the other items I have purchased, the authors have a separate ticket system and can verify the license I give them. Is that something you can do as I am not comfortabe linking my envato account to other places. Same as linking Facebook and now we find out Facebook sells your data all over the place. Thanks Bruno
Hello, Our import process does not have an access to all of your envato purchases. It only access the license of your purchased copy of page builder plugin. Alternatively, if you purchase the plugin directly through our website: wpbakery.com it does not require any access to envato account as a separate wpbakery.com account will be created during the time of purchase.

It’s premium version allows editing the areas such as header, footer, etc. The WPBakery Page Builder as the name suggests, is a page builder plugin which works in the content area of the theme.
