Hi, I bought your plugin but it seems I can’t find any setting to display how many points the customer can get with a purchase of a product or total points at the purchase – except if I assign global product points but this is a little odd … I do not want to give X points to a product but % of points. So 1 € is 1 point. I would like to display it as you display it when a Product is assigned. Is this possible?
But basically I would need a system which would give points like this: Signup Points for Rewards: 5 Purchasing products: 1 point for 1 € Newsletter subscription: 5 points Product rating: 2 Points for a bigger purchase: 15 if purchasing more than 100 € Referral: 10.
And then the user could use points something like that: 50 points: free shipping 100 points: 5 € discount 300 points: 15 € discount 500 points: 30 € discount
We would like to give 5% of the purchase at the next purchase. This means that for a purchase that brings 100 points, the customer receives 5 € for the next purchase. 300 points can be replaced by a 15 € discount (ie 5%). In case of cashing 500 points, the discount is 6%.
Do you think this would be possible to achieve with some custom work on your plugin?

We have provided “Ways to Gain Points” in general setting. In this field, you can enter the ways for gaining points. It will display on My Account > Points. You can assign fixed points to product from global, category as well as individual products.
Currently, our plugin is not compatible with Newsletter subscription and not have the feature like bigger purchase, purchasing more than 100 € Referral.
But you can assign Sign up Points, Purchasing products, Product rating.
A customer can use his points by purchasing a product or generating the coupon.
You can allow your customer to generate coupon from his points as like 100 Points = 5 €,300 Points = 15 €.

Yes after saving permalinks issue is solved. There is one more issue. I recently purchased Woomobify plugin (https://codecanyon.net/item/mcommerce-woocommerce-mobile-theme/19250607). I am using about 30+ plugins. Every plugin except MWB ultimate reward plugin is completely compatible with this plugin(Woomobify is mobile optimized Theme). Now when you visit https://www.lookholic.com/my-account/points/ you will see that this page becomes unresponsive.

We just purchased this plug-in and it is packed with really great features but the one that had us interested the most was the membership level. We were hoping that we could allow users to accumulate points based off of their membership level. Like Bronze Member 1 point per $1 spend, Silver Member 1.5 points per $1 spend, Gold Member 2 points per dollar spend. It only offers discounts, but we want them to feel like the membership levels is what they want to achieve because of the rewards. with that, we were hoping that points could be based off of total dollars spent and not just on products. Is this possible?

Like for example, Customer A has earned 20 Points from another plugin and he has earned 40 Points from our plugin
Now if we add this up: and integrated into our plugin: Like now Total Point (Points and Reward): 60 Points
Then he can use those points for purchasing that product from our plugin easily.

Yes you are right, for now we do not have any compatibillity with your MyCred plugin.
But hopefully your plugin must show the data of users somewhere like which user has how much points.
If it is, then there can be one possible solution for this
We can provide you a import panel for this, and then you may fill the user ids along with their MyCred points (whatever points they have) inside the the CSV file, and then you may easily import all the MyCred points into ours system.

The Plugin looks interesting…here some questions I have: I can see as customer that I can get some points for buying products…that´s nice…I add my product to the cart..there I can see as well that I get some points..the same for the checkout…but latest at this point as a customer I would ask myself….what are these points for and how many do I need to get a discount or free shipping!? The customer needs some instructions what to do to get more points and how many he needs! In the checkout I can “create an account” ...for creating an account the customer get´s some points..why is there no tip/lead for the customer in the checkout…”create an account and get another 50 points? In my opinion the reward system needs be more active to get the customer to collect more points. Reviews: Customer can get points for product reviews…do they get a mail after the sale with the request to make a review with the tip/lead make review and collect another …20 points? Best Regards

For providing instructions, as for guest customers, we do provide notifications for “My-account Page” Like for “Sign up and reward with 20 points”, But yes we don’t have any “notification for checkout page”. For this, we can add a notice or something just below to the checkbox.
For Review Section: We have provided a notice just below to the Product’s review Section something like “You will get 10 points for product review”
For Logged-in Customers: we also had provided a section for “Ways to Gain More Points”, here Merchant can add whatever the text along with some shortcodes, and then over the My-account page it will reflect for the customers so that they can learn how to earn more points.

Hi…no “guest customers” will go freely on the “My-account Page” because they are guests…they don´t want to login anywhere….they just want to shop….so the plugin has to make them interested to get a logged in customer…that´s the point! I want to transform guest-shoppers to be logged in customers….and they need to be leaded to the honey and the honey is the points

“Ways to Gain More Points” for logged in customers is a nice thing but again….the transformation has to be made first!
Review Section…I saw the notice….but no customer will make a review before the sale (a before the sale review is worthless)....and after the sale the customer needs to be kicked ass (by mail) to make the review …that´s why i asked if there´s a review reminder mail added?

Yes, you are absolutely right, they first go to the shop page and other interesting things, For this we can provide some shortcodes so if the Admin place that shortcode in anywhere on the page, the Notice will get appear for that.
About the Review Section:
We provide the Email notification for each of the events plugin triggers like for purchasing the product, for order total etc, all the notifications are fully customizable, you may easily edit the Message for each of them, as we also provide some shortcodes so when any customer made some purchases you may add a text to the WP_editor(which we had provided for any custom message) like “Thank You for purchasing this product, you have earned XYZ points, if you give the review you’ll earn 20 points more”!

Hi presale question, can we set this one that the points will not be used as payment method during purchase, But points will have a specific threshold with corresponding product to redeem.
For example:
100 points can be redeem with Product1 150 points can be redeem with Product 2
And also earning points during order will not be based on each product, But on the total amount purchase.
Example
Customer subtotal is $50 customer earn 5 points- Points conversion is $10 is equal to 1 points
Can we set a special earn points on a specific products i am planning to have this on some promo products so customer can also earn extra points if they purchase this product.
For example:
Customer subtotal is $75 each points is 7 points and since ProductXX (promo product) is included in the cart customer earn extra 1 points so total points earn is 8 points
For points expiration can we set this on each earn points
For example:
April 1 customer earn 50 points = expire on Sept 1 2018 April 2 customer earn 10 points = expire on Sept 2 2018

1.3.5 update deactivates UPR and requires key to be re-entered and nothing progresses from the validation screen. Forced to roll back to 1.3.4 some of the settings have been screwed around and I have to re-configure. This failed update has wasted a lot of my time today…

The validation was running fine that time too, what we had updated is that for our old users, we had also provided some time (in days) for finding their purchase code and enter that code inside the Licensing Panel. As soon as he enters and verified the code, the plugin will be running smoothly.

Your seriously saying 1.3.5 release was fine even though you released an update fixing a “Tweak: In Licensing Panel“ a short amount of time after I notified you there was a problem with the Licensing?!? sighs... oh well let’s move on. Will 1.3.6 deactivate the plugin and delete all the settings on the general tab the same way 1.3.5 did or has that been tweaked also? Honestly I’m not confident to update after the time wasted already by 1.3.5

We have tested our extension properly and do not found any validation issue! and Yes we release the update after you notified because we tested again and what we found is below:
1) When our old clients update the plugin manually (Via FTP) without triggering the Activation hook, the setting page would be having only for Licensing Panel, not the General Tab and rest others.
2)And then in our new release, we simply find another solution for them and extended the Time Period for old users also.
The thing is that you had mentioned the Term “nothing progresses from the validation screen”, seems like the validation had some issue, but seriously there was no issue for verifying the Licensing code/purchase code.

Have updated to 1.3.6 and while it didn’t delete settings and block access the way 1.3.5 did, the validation still doesn’t work. Have emailed support but just want to say its really not cool for the plugin to threaten loss of data for a forced validation process when I’ve already had to validate previously.

How do I find the duplicacy in Setting tab?
For this please send the screenshot of your Other Setting Tab as well as the General Setting Tab We need the screenshot because as there are a lot of settings are running so it may be some of the 2-3 settings are enabled and might be you had set the same content like “Thank you for your Order. Hi, your code can be set like this one 1. Members will get 10,000 bonus points when they dine in my place, valid only one month from your birthday date. 2. Accumulated points can be redeemed for the next transaction (valid for dine-in and take away). 3. For every $100 (one hundred dollars) with a minimum purchase of $100,000 (one hundred thousand dollars – subtotal), one point will be given. 4. Points is not redeemable for cash and can only be earned and redeemed at My place and Kiosk Outlets and website. 5. Reward points are valid for 2 (two) years and will be forfeited when not redeemed. 6. 50% (fifty percent) of the expired points will be forfeited upon expiry date. Renewal membership process can be done by either deducting 10,000 points or by paying $50,000 (fifty thousand dollars)

Can points be displayed when Variable products are selected? I can get the points to apply and they’re visible in the cart, but they do not display on variable product pages either before or after variable are selected.
I can workaround by entering the relevant points into the Variable products description field however this would require a lot of manual data entry to complete all products. If there was a way this could be populated from the “Assign Product Points” tab it would save huge amounts of time for dealing with variable products.
Sorry please disregard or delete, this works fine when logged in. It would be good to have the option of showing this to users not logged in also.
