I deactivated ultimate optimizer and even then your slider is not loading—pricing table is loading fine.

But your slider is working only when you are logged in.

I understood that your plugin has done couple of changes whether which is installed(active) or uninstalled(deactive), revolution slider is not working also add to cart buttons are not working on price tables.
You need to recheck this.
