I make 3 additional steps in Facebook and it helps: 1. added Privacy Policy URL (Settings – Basic) 2. make my app public (App Review) 3. changed app status to “live” Now all works.

I have a sudden problem that has emerged wrt to facebook feeds. It was working fine till now. But from today morning both iOS and Android Apps are not loading the facebook page posts. It is not giving any message but only shows the loading sign in Android and shows nothing to display in iOS.
Can’t make out. All help will be appreciated.

Is . m3u playlist supported yet?
Hi! We support the .m3u container (we have for quite some time) for livestreams, but we don’t support playlists. The best way to find out if your stream works (given that it is a livestream) is to simply try it in Universal 
Every single .ts stream file streams for about 47seconds and stops. Also .m3u8 containers. This happens in VLC when loaded in VLC but a solution is by clicking the loop check box. How can this same issue be fixed in Universal? Even if it needs customization.
Is you stream a live stream? We don’t support looping video right now.
If you stream is a live stream, and if it is not working quite right in other player too (like you say), it could be that your stream isn’t served properly

Hello!! is the app support unlimited websites to add, for example: 1- add more that one site wordpress 2- add more than one site PHP 3- make categories like ( news,sport sites, breaking news sites, ...etc ) 4- can i also make countries in the app, i mean the users can choose the country and then they can see the news sites for each country and subscribe in it thanks)))
Hi! There is no limit on the number of content providers, menu’s etc, you can add to a single app. So unlimited wordpress sites, webview sites (php), categories, etc.
It’s not possible yet to have user-configured content (i.e. let the user select a country and the content will adapt). In that case, you would have to create multiple apps, one for each country.
your app support customization ? i wand ti ask for multi country in one app ))) with only RTL content .. so if yes let me know please
When you buy the template, you can get the full source code so you can change anything you like. We support RTL out of the box.
P.s. please note that while you are free to make any changes, help with such changes (beyond what’s documented) isn’t covered by our support.

Hi! Certainly, you can connect to as many Wordpress sites in your app as you want. Each site will have it’s own feed/menu item in your app (or possibly more, if you’d like to use categories also).

Yes, your site can be on a subdomain. You can translate the app to any language you want easily (we also support Hindi and other languages for this), but you can only translate your app to 1 language.
Thank you again, I meant the content being from multiple languages while the app being in a single language(English). I hope we can achieve that as most of our content is published in multiple languages and would want that to be put out in a single app. Let me know if that’s achievable as we would love to work with such a beautifully built app along with such a great support system.
Content can be in any, and varying languages. But the app interface text will only be in 1 language. Similar to the way that a browser can display webpages of any language, but that the menu of the browser will be in 1 language only.

Hi! The difference with Web2App is that Web2App is used for WebView only (and has more WebView related features), Universal has many other content providers, other than WebView.
If you use WooCommerce with Universal, plugins like shipping methods and payment gateways will work, but other plugins may not.
You can disable/hide the sliding menu if you want, we have an option for that.

Hi! You can show any Youtube Channel, Facebook or Twitter page (even if you don’t own it). To show a Instagram page, you need to be the page owner.

I have connected the configuration.json file successfully at http://mydomain/configuration.json. Only when I connected it first time, the APP data are retrieved from that file. But when I modified the connected configuration.json file the APP data are not changing. But it refreshes if I “Clear Cache” and “Clear Data” in the mobile phone on this app.
Please help me. Do I need to set anything else to refresh the triggering of the configuration.json file in the APP?

I would not recommend this, provider fragments work best in the context of main activities and checks performed by the menu handler.
