i try to import contacts but its impossible, it say “Starting..” for a few minutes and then it shows an error like “there is no email” (but they are in the CSV) BTW the cronjob is already working. Please help ASAP , i write you via contact form and email but dont answer yet.

Thank you for purchasing our product It seems you did not setup the cronjob on your hosting server yet Cronjob is needed for actually sending email campaigns, updating the listing as well as verifying/importing/exporting Please go to Admin View > Setting > All Settings > Background Job Then capture the cronjob generated by Acelle Mail and install it into your hosting server. If you are running on cPanel, you can find it here: http://kb.xyzscripts.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/1.png

Hello @abodyPro. The login page is shipped with a newer version of our webapp. Don’t worry, you can install it now and update to any future version of Acelle Mail using our Upgrade Manager. Once purchased, you have free lifetime access to any future update.

Issue: Hi,

Everything is working well in terms of sending, however, the campaigns are not tracking mails that have bounced. I am using elastic email. They are just showing as unopened and everything is showing as send (even if I know it bounced – I checked in elastic email)

Do you know why this could be?

Top countries by Click is work. Show my country. But top countries by Open map is not working it always appears as United States.

I found one subscription views error in user account. When the plan is enable by admin https://prnt.sc/j5s3io it is correct. When the plan is disable by admin https://prnt.sc/j5s3jn it is wrong display. Please check and compare the selected lines from both images. It’s only display error on disable mode view. Anyway you should fix this.

Hello @themePsyche. Did you check your Spam box? You can track the sending status in the Campaign details page > Tracking Log

Yes, i have checked spambox. Take a look tracking log https://prnt.sc/j6d1mo “Expected response code 220 but got code ””, ”” with message” this is the error shows.

It seems to be an error with your SMTP server setting. Please go to the Sending Server dashboard, double check your SMTP credentials. Then send a test email to make sure the configuration is correct.

Does it track if a user responds to an email and stops sending the autoresponder/autofollowup if they have responded?

also, does it detect duplicates between lists or only in the same list? Such as if I tried to add an email that already exists.

Judging by the demo, it seems to have everything I need other can reply detection so I’m hoping you can get back to me on this. Any plans to implement reply detection where if the user replies, they will be removed/blacklist from all lists and no longer contacted by the autoresponder or any future campaigns?

Hello @dbmediallc. Thank you for your interest in our product. Agree the “reply detection” would be a great feature to have, we will consider adding it to our future release. Regarding the email duplication: one single email can be added to several lists, but for any given list, email address is unique. Regards.
