Hi, alexlim91, yes you can do it if you have different widget area for different layouts. For example if you have widget area for shop page, you have widget area for blog page then you can set different sales support button on widget area.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, some things work, but for instance the ‘multiple person support’ gives a fault. When I click ‘single person support floating icon’ the icon does not interact to me clicking on the button. What am I doing wrong here?

Yes, If a user contacts you through desktop/ laptop then, the user will redirect to web.whatsapp.com or if user contacts you from mobile devices than he redirects to WhatsApp App.

So why is it not just a simple button ? Why is there a text box, which implies it can store a chat history ? I’m just trying to understand what the difference is between using this plugin or just creating my own button which redirects to web.whatsapp or the app.

We are going to launch layout-4 with just button redirection without any popup. Enter a message and auto pop will where the user can enter the text message will definitely increase your sales and leads.
You can schedule your contact button according to your work time.
Popup with a message will more understandable rather than a button.
