You can easily turn off chat on desktop/laptop devices
1: Goto WordPress Support from WordPress admin menu.
2: Find Display on Desktop option and turn it off.
3: Than hit Save button,
Now your chat support is only available for mobile devices.

1. There is schedule feature in your plugin. Can you describe what kind of things we can schedule (Messages, Videos, Photos etc..)? And secondly, in schedule system, our messages will directly send to the users who contacted us on whatsapp earlier? Third where these new users phone numbers will store.. in Wordpress or in our phone whatsapp? 2. Every message and chat with users will sync with wordpress and mobile sametime? If we delete message in mobile then it will remain in wordpress? 3. Is there any function to use a whatsapp group in your plugin? Where we can add new users to that group if they are interested? 4. Is there any blocking or spamming secutiry option in your plugin in case any number we like to block list? 5. Your plugin current price showing is $14, this is discounted price or this is an actual price of your plugin?
Any admin demo or screens or videos would be better to understand the working, if you have.

Hi, I am interested with the app. I am wondering if below feature in desktop is feasible. For mobile, the chat open whatsapp directly is great.
But for desktop version, can it not link to whatsapp web, but visitor can directly chat from the chat screen (just like normal chat screen), and site admin receive the message from whatsapp?

Thank you for like our plugin. Currently, WhatsApp does not support chat on 3rd party applications. visitors will redirect on WhatsApp web.

I set it not to display on desktop but still displayed on my mac. Why? It also blocked the WordPress customizer from displaying fully if enabled. So. I disabled it for now Hope you can look into this.
