I am looking for a Wordpress Affiliate System to use with a directory theme which can do the following;
- Automatically make users who buy specific products Affiliates
- All affiliates’ directory listings (custom taxonomy post) and blog posts are landing pages to track affiliates
- Any user that buys a product after arriving on one of the above landing pages earns the affiliate commission
- Commission is store credit for the auto affiliates
- Affiliates can be manually crated and set to earn money

An user can become affiliate on multiple ways, by registering, using the Become Affiliate button or by admin settings but not conditioned by buying a product.
Affiliates have nothing to do with “custom taxonomy post”
A buyer if lands to a specific page those not get any commission but an affiliate user may get one if that user was referred by him.

You can set an amount based on Rank for all products or with specific amount for specific products. If you want you can set 0 amount for all products. Yes, if the Woo Order has the Refunded or Cancelled status the UAP Referral status will follow it. If you’re asking about payout, this is manually managed by the Admin.

ok when (user A) checkout they choose affiliates affiliate c) from dropdown on woocommerce checkout page and after checkout that affiliates (affiliates c) got commission also affiliate parents (like affiliate b , affiliate a) too got commision (as we set in backend).
we used matrix MLM so user A added in MLM Tree (1 parent and 2 sub affiliate)
like user A added under (affiliate z)
all this working fine
my question is how to get affiliate z commission and it’s parent tree affiliate member

There is a problem with the UAP system and that is that when I pay my affiliate on their user in the referral tab, all the data of their referrals and their information disappear, presumably they will earn that referral to follow up, when I have completed their payment from your commission your referrals are deleted from your user or control platform, I need to know how to solve this urgent, all my affiliates are claiming me that where are my referrals? your information can you do that your referrals do not disappear from your platform?

Referrals are not removed in no other other the explicit action of the Admin. Do not missed with referrals status, paid and unpaid which mean different thing but definitely not that a referral disapear. .

I can prove it disappears, in the affiliate platform it disappears, when the affiliate makes a sale and then clicks on the Referrals tab, its referrals appear and you have the option to see details of the source, when you click there you can see the details of the referred as name, email etc, but when I as administrator approve the payment for that sale for the affiliate automatically in the Referral tab of the affiliate’s page, these data are no longer there and disappear I am talking about the affiliate’s platform and not administrator platform, but the affiliates tell me that when I pay their commissions and then they want to see the referral data they are no longer anywhere, when they click on the Referral History tab there only dates but not referral data , name, email, mobile, etc so could you help me solve this? It is urgent to solve this.

So, referrals are not “disappear”. If are paid, will not long shows into unpaid Referral section, which is normal but on history side. Source details shows up only for active referrals which are not paid via payout process yet.
