Hi, i get this message “You need 4375 Points in your Account .But You have only 700 Points.” where in general is this: You need [needpoints] Points in your Account .But You have only [userpoints] Points. I translate it in Greek with wpml string translation but nothing happens. Plus generates strings with the different numbers for translation in wpml string tranlsation. Example:
woocommerce You need 4375 Points in your Account .But You have only 700 Points.
woocommerce You need 29875 Points in your Account .But You have only 351 Points.
woocommerce You need 6875 Points in your Account .But You have only 351 Points. etc.

1. Please make sure that SUMO Reward Points Gateway has been enabled on your site,
Go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Checkout -> SUMO Reward Points Payment Gateway
2. Please follow the below steps to configure the settings which will give 1 points when a user spends 1$ on the site. You can modify the settings as per your preference.
Go to WooCommerce -> SUMO Reward Points -> General -> Earning Points Conversion Settings
- Set 1 points equals 1$ in the corresponding field
- Save the settings
Go to WooCommerce -> SUMO Reward Points -> Modules -> Product Purchase -> Product Purchase Reward Points Global Settings
- Select Quick Setup radio button in Product Purchase Reward Points option
- Select All products in Product Purchase Reward Points is applicable for drop-down menu
- Select Enable in Global Level Reward Points drop-down menu
- Select By Percentage of Product Price in Reward Type option and set 100 in Reward Points field
- Save the settings.

Hi, does your plugin allow the admin to generate (and export to csv) a batch of random reward codes that can each be assigned a point value? I want to print reward point codes onto my physical products so the customer can come back in and redeem the codes and have it accumulate on their account for future purchases (Woo) using those points. Hello I have few questions am setting up stores on my domain 1. Does this support subdomain based multisite 2. When do users accumulate points? When an order is made or when the order is marked completed by admin or by payment 3. Can buyers be given points when they write a review about a seller positive or negative? 4.Buying product with point eg if a buyer wants to buy a product of $100 but has point worth $59 is there option to set that whole product can only be purchased with cash or point and not partially both at same time. 5. When a buyer purchase product with points can main admin be notified especially when store owner also get it as order to be processed. because when a user purchase product with point Admin has to pay store owner for such purchase in other for sales to be processed

1. Activating the plugin on Network side which is not the right way to use. Install the plugin on Network side, activate it on the subsite which you prefer and configure the settings as per your needs. Please note that the points earned on Site A will not be used on Site B.
2. Points will be awarded based on the order status settings configuring in the plugin.
3. Using SUMO Reward Points, Product Review Points will be awarded only for WooCommerce Reviews.
4. Yes, it is possible. We have provided Point Pricing Feature using which you can set the Products that can be purchased either using Points or Cash[Currency and Point Pricing], purchase only using the Points[Only Point Pricing]. You can make use of it as per your needs.
5. This feature is not available.

Okay, thanks do you actually mean it’s not multisite compatible?Because am building a multisite of subdomain based stores.Where can all site shares resources even one account across the stores 2. And can point attached to a product be only awarded after x day when a user gives a review not immediately after a user makes a purchase? This ensures that reviews are accurate and a user know they will get a point so will come back to review product. 3. The sumo affiliate plugin. can this also works with multi-site or not I mean affiliates able to accrue revenue from all sales referred to various stores? 4. And can we easily pay for customization so the point can be used on any store on the multisite as long as it enough to make the purchase! 5. And also customization for multisite admin to get special notifications and see all orders made with points.

I have a pre-sales question for you.
The project I am working on requires the following:
1. User Signs up to WooCommerce subscription and gets access to their client area.
2. 10 points are assigned to the user each month
3. Points do NOT ROLL OVER so each month the points would reset to 10 points
4. Sharing the site or referring customers can earn additional points.
5. People can purchase more points through WooCommerce
Also, this needs to work with the WooCommerce Subscription/Membership modules not only the ones you created.

For the Coupon Reward Points feature, is there a way to display a message on the Cart & Checkout pages after the coupon is applied, which indicates how many points will be added once the purchase is complete? I can’t seem to find those options in the Messages settings and right now nothing is displaying after applying the coupon that should give the user reward points. This will be confusing for potential customers as they will not think the coupon works, especially since there is a message displaying the total reward points for the item purchase, but not for using the coupon.

Hi, fantastic plugin. However, i have a difficulty in getting redeem now button to be shown on cart & check out pages. Currently it will only show on cart page as a pop up message with the button but it only shows like 2 seconds. Hi presale question, can we set this one that the points will not be used as payment method during purchase, But points will have a specific threshold with corresponding product to redeem.
For example:
100 points can be redeem with Product1 150 points can be redeem with Product 2
And also earning points during order will not be based on each product, But on the total amount purchase.
Example
For every subtotal of $50 customer could earn 1 points and for $25 its 0.5 points.
And for promo products customer can also earn extra points.
For example:
Customer subtotal is $75 each points is 1.5 points and since ProductXX (promo product) is included in the cart customer earn extra 1 points so total points earn is 2.5 points

- It is possible to restrict the points can’t be used as a payment method. But specific points to redeem on particular product can’t be configured in our plugin.
- As of now, points will be earned based on product total. Earning points based on total purchase amount[Subtotal/Order Total] is not available. Already we noted this feature on our to-do list. We will check for the feasibility in our future update. Also, it is not possible to earn extra points for promo products.
