Hi,

It looks like the following modification are needed for thai font https://mpdf.github.io/fonts-languages/fonts-in-mpdf-6-x.html

Do you have a developer who can do this?

Did anyone ever get the error fixed for form submissions? Keep getting this: “Some error occured on the server. Please refresh this page to try again.”

Hello,

This can happen due to a number of reasons:

1. Your server is running out of memory.

2. php mcrypt isn’t installed.

3. Some firewall settings is blocking.

In any case, the best way to debug is to enable WordPress debugging and check the error logs. Kindly ask your hosts and they should be able to provide help.

I have a custom application form I need this online form to populate. What will I need to do to get this working? Is there a lot of coding involved?

Hello,

None of our product require coding. You just create your form through drag and drop interface. Please check this: https://wpquark.com/kb/fsqm/fsqm-form/creating-first-form-eform/

Also check our admin demo: https://clients.ipanelthemes.com/fsqm/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ipt_fsqm_new_form

Hi guys, unfortunately registering on your support website is not working anymore. Have you stopped supporting this plugin?

Hi,

It seems like an issue with mails sent from our server through IPv6. Anyway, I have manually activated your account.

And FYI, our plugin IS supported :)

Hi.

Since there is no way to remove things like the time from the PDF reports we cannot produce anonymous results from the form. We therefore need to look at an alternative to this plugin and would like a refund please.

Many thanks.

Hello,

I understand. Kindly initiate a refund and I will accept.

Thank you for your help and understanding.

No problem at all. I have also added to my todo list to have the option to remove those fields from the report. But this will take a while before being released.

Hi, I had purchased this plugin and I had uploaded it to my hosting, but i failed to activate it, with below error message:

“The Exporter for eForm plugin requires PHP_ZIP extension to be loaded.”

For your information, i had sign up on your support website, but i didn’t receive an activation link.

My username: yenneetai

I’m urgent, i need to use it. Hope to hear from you soon.

Thank you.

Best Regards, yenneetai

Hello,

For your question, please ask your webhost to enable PHP_ZIP extension on your server.

About registration activation: I have sent you an email.

I’ve looked at the demo and see that the exported PDF doesn’t look at all like the Survey that was filled out.

Is it possible to have the PDF display exactly what the form looks like?

Hello,

Sorry but the exported PDF needs to be in tabular format. The design (CSS) of the main form is far too complex to render into PDF.

You can however apply some basic CSS on the exporter settings to change the colors etc.

can I build an application for my users with it? like a personal accounting software where the user can access records and forms calculate things based on these records?

Hello,

Yes you can. But I am not sure how you are supposed to present records. If those are presented through dropdowns or MCQs, then definitely possible.

wait wait this mean i can use user old submissions from same form or another form to do my calculation? this is amazing do you have an example of this?

Hello,

I do not really understand here. We have entries management, where all the submission data are stored. You can download all the submissions in a CSV and do your calculation. But if you want older entries to somehow show in a form, I am not sure it can be done.

For multiple choice Q/A, only value entered by the submitter is exported to the csv/xls file. Is there any chance to include the numerical value as well? E.g Question X has options yes, no, n/a and we give a numerical value for each option yes = 1, no = 0, n/a = 2. In the exported form only the answers y, n, n/s available not the numerical value 1, 2 or 0. Could it be possible to include or replace these as well? This is important as for example we have a survey with hundred questions in 4 languages. If we could categorize the text/numeric answers to into certain numerical values, handling them in a statistical package would become a breeze. Could this be implemented as it is or as a variable defined in settings for the exporter add-on. With many thanks.

Hello,

Sorry this isn’t possible at this moment. I will definitely see what I can do about this in future.

Does “eForm Easy SQL – Submission to DB & Revision Control” add-on offer any solution to this? In other words, do numerical values added to their own column in the dedicated database table or only the options’s values?

Hello,

Sorry it does not. But you already have the data, so basically you need someone to develop an add-on to manipulate the data according to your need. eForm has full support through APIs. https://ipanelthemes.com/kb/fsqm/fsqm-api/

Hi,

I use this plugin to create export base on begin and end date. But when a new submission is done after the export creation, it doesn’t appeared in export. Why ?

Regards,

Hello,

With the exporter add-on you basically create persistent reports, meaning the system takes a snapshop based on your input and saves the aggregate data. This is why newer submissions aren’t added automatically to any snapshots.

Knowledge Base | Support

Thanks a lot for you quick answer. Is this possible to add this option to a future update ?

Regards,

Florian

Hello,

I will definitely think about it. But it essentially breaks the persistence functionality. So I will think about how to safely implement it without breaking existing functionality.

I have Pre Sale questions:

Pre sale question:

Does contributed Exporter for eForm plugin support image field?

My visitors will fill out a form made with eForm where they can upload their photo (jpg or png, width 300px and height 250px).

I would like the image also include in the pdf generated.

Thank You.

Hello,

With the Exporter addon, what you see in the summary table will be sent as PDF through email. In case of upload elements the image links and thumbnails would be sent.

Hi! I have a question after installing Exporter – in the settings of forms I don’t have Which option adds a pdf with results as an attachment. In editing of forms I don’t see any new options described on the support page, only general like Exporter Settings and I don’t see anything related with pdf apart styling of a pdf file. Do you know something about issue like this?

Hello,

That shouldn’t be it. eForm v3.6.2 is out. Please update eForm to the latest as well. Although I released all three updates together, but envato delayed the release. This new feature works with exporter 1.6.0 and eForm 3.6.2. My guess is you have eForm v3.6.1 installed.

Knowledge Base | Support

Thank you very much! It works! I`ve had older version of eForm and the newest Exporter, but I have to download all eForm again from Envato, because updates at WP don`t work.

That is great. Envato is still developing it. But I guess once you install from this it will auto-update.

Do you have a form builder for Users to send an applciation form then I would print and send the application form to users email? I would like to dynamically create the fields myself and produce reports based on the fields

Hello,

Yes it is possible. Once they submit the form a printable format is automatically generated: https://eform.live/submission-confirmed/?id=MtIKWFWByolXSgs14CbxZMA0VDNYVS8%2BFnud3M26Fxc%3D

hi. if users upload files, it will be attached to the pdf file of sumbission on email?

Hello,

It is not attached to the email. Rather a link is given from where it can be downloaded (without being logged in).

Ok. tHese attaxhments r uploaded to where? Uploads dolder? Can i make it to amazon s3 or cloud server for a more secured location?? Plz advice

Hello,

Those are uploaded inside `wp-content/uploads` directory of your WP installation. To upload to different location, you would essentially need to hire someone to do the modification from the source, or develop an addon to mirror those files.

Hi! I just bought this plugin and I am getting this error, I do not have other plugin install except eForms and the add-on, I am using the Twenty-Fifteen with 4.7 the error appear when I submit the form and I am expecting an email with the PDF attachment. “We faced problems while connecting to the server or receiving data from the server. Please wait for a few seconds and try again.

If the problem persists, then check your internet connectivity. If all other sites open fine, then please contact the administrator of this website with the following information.

TextStatus: error HTTP Error: undefined”

The email is sent to the user with the attachment but is taking 5 minutes to get the error and the email. I already checked the php extensions. I checked the memory limits and everything is ok.

Hello,

It is very much possible because of slow responding server. The PDF creation requires quite a bit of resources. Since your server responds with a 404 error on the mentioned page, it is very likely that the errors are logged in either apache/nginx or PHP log files. Please consult with your webhost to check the log files and debug the situation.

the php ini did not have the tmp in the save path. fixed.

I am glad that it got sorted out.

Can I make a export of a exciting form and import it on a other site?

No sorry for that I don’t have the export addon, But I have a license for eForm. Do I have to ask the question that comments system?

I found the im export, I had to update the plugin first.

Great. For any other issues, please use the forum.

is posibile export scores of each question in xls?

Hello,

Right now there isn’t. But it is planned for Exporter 1.5. It will be released after eForm 3.4. So please stay tuned.
