Hi, I have a pre-sale question. We are making blog as brand ambassador and we have people in our downline. We would like to offer our downline people our own blog, but when we collect new leads it needs to be written from whom they came to our site. Something like these: my downline brand ambassador will share our post (so url needs to be set by post or page too, not only home page), each post will have contact form included for those who want to know more or would like to cooperate with us. So when we get new lead from that, the person who shared it needs to be rewarded (in that case this is his client, not mine), so either they recive copy of his email automatically or his name/email is included in customers email we recived.

Is your plugin something we can use for this?

Hello! I have 2 pre-sale question

1. When using the MLM option, can I limit the number of referrals to only 2 people under each affiliate?

In the same way that a forced matrix works, where each affiliate can only put 2 people under it, Can this plugin do it? and at the same time block when a third person tries to register with the reference number that was already used in two occasions?

2. The Payment cannot be proceed for affiliate (username) because of the payment settings. I have never had this issue before and have checked all the Paypal account features. Hi, love the plugin so far. I develop with a friend on it and so far everything worked great. I had a question in regards to the Admin Referrals Tab.

We get quite a lot of referrals in and we need to know exactly what the name of the referral is that we are looking for. So to find a specific one, we would currently always need to click on the reference ID and then see all the details, which would take quite a bit of time. Would it be possible to see the name of the referred person somehwere in the overview under description etc.?

Didn’t find any options for that or other solutions, would appreciate the help, as I think a few people could use that feature.

Hi there – our dev team is trying to install this on our page. however, problem we have encountered is with the login. Once user registers, he can access dashboard and everything. all things work fine until user logs out. once user logs out, he can’t log back in. seems like the username/email and password combination are not recognized and the login shortcode is not interacting with the authentication table at all. even lost password function which provides temp password doesnt work and lets user log back in. we are not sure how to troubleshoot and what might be the problem. Can you please help. plugin v3.9 and wp 4.9.4. we tested it with 20 something users and result was same. once they register and use dashboard, upon logging out, they cant log back in.

we like the plugin and want it to work however current problem is a big obstruction. please let us know if there are any obvious fix which has been ignored. thanks

Pre-sell Question: Does this plugin have a developed API? I’m currently choosing between this or AffiliateWP and I know I’ll be able to do what I want with AffiliateWP because of its API.

I’m looking to be able to insert my affiliate’s affiliate links into specified elements based on certain conditions.

Such as, “If visitor X has THIS affiliate’s link, then switch out all current affiliate links on the website with HIS link, otherwise, keep affiliate links the same”.

I’ll need to be able to pull the affiliate’s ID from the visitor (if he has one) in order to do this I presume.

Would I be able to do with this plugin?
