How can i get the pro email template builder?

Hello @kjafar690. There is only one edition of the template builder which is included in every installation :)

can i change it? also, which builder are you using?

We do you have the option to change the builder, it is made by us from scratch. However, you can use any template builder outside of Acelle Mail and then import the output to Acelle Mail.

I did checked your mail regarding my concern. but i installed the acelle mail in two hosting provider to test. If i send the same mail through hostupon service provider, its going to inbox but the same mail if i send through vps it’s landing in spam. How it’s possible. please help.

Good to see you ignored half the questions with people who have problems.

The install does not include any templates. That is the point of this! The login page looks nothing like your demo either.

The templates are not included, but the layouts do, didn’t you find something like this?

when I go to Admin view I see blacklisted email ids but can’t see any option to download that list…how can we export that?

Hello @pelfusion. We have yet to support the export feature for blacklist. We will consider adding it soon in our future release. For now, as a workaround, you can extract the list directly from the MySQL database, it is the blacklist table. Regards.

We are facing major issues with the your application over the past 2 months while uploading the list using cron. A couple of days ago, even async failed and mysql crashed causing the application to stop.

We are really running out of patience and are getting frustrated with your product.

As mentioned earlier, we are loosing business with each passing day. We request you to please help us on the same on priority as we are close to completing the free support with you and still cannot see any real progress on the same.

We also didn’t hear back from you since past week. Atleast acknowledge us that you are looking into the issue to my team members marked in all our previous communications?

Hope you will help us in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

is cron job compulsory?

Hello @ebadul100. Yes, because sending bulk emails is normally a long running process and it should be handled by a cronjob in the background in order not to delay the web application.

Hey mate, i would love to see progress on drag & drop editor + if possible please improve dashboard UI / UX, really wanna start using this for my clients who wants us to send emails on there behalf but they need more clean dashboard.

Do you get the new login page with last update ? if possible please email me those files ?

Hello @louispham. You do not have to pay for any 3rd party. Just shoot us a message through our profile/support contact form if you run into any problem, we will be back to you. Regarding the screenshot you provided, it is not an error, it is becase you did not set up any Verification Service yet, just go to the Admin view > Sending > Verification Server then configure one. After that you will see it in the list. Regards.
