Plugin works beautifully, just make sure to specify the dimensions as “600px”. Support is very responsive and helpful.

Please use value as px with and height for example 600px and 400px. If you write only 400 or 600 your panorama won’t be work properly.
Can panorama be displayed fullwidth without going to fullscreen mode?

Hi, I just bought the plugin and it worked fine on desktop with one image per page but when i’ve added more than 9 (worked fine on desktop until 9), the plugin started to act funny.
1: all images autoplay and there is no option to turn this off
2: i can see the images while the page is loading however after that only some images are showing and the other ones are blank (console warning: THREE.WebGLRenderer: Texture is not power of two. Texture.minFilter should be set to THREE.NearestFilter or THREE.LinearFilter. – from three.min.js)
3: for mobile/tablet it does not work at all, not even for a single image (just black space) and it gives this js error: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘width’ of undefined – from three.min.js

Our demo works perfectly on desktop mobile devices even iOS and Android.
Can you check all options there? esspecially Animation Duration.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I just checked your demo and some of the photos can be viewed on deskop&mobile but no all of them, not always. on every refresh a different photo gets loaded or does not work. Here is a test page with my 360 photos http://www.landhuisingrensgebied.nl/test-360/

Yes, you’re right! until 9 it’s okay but 9+ some images does not load. I think the tree.js version is a problem. But we can’t upgrade the js version of the gyroscope feature. We’ll investigate and let you know a solution/update if there is one.

Can you please update the plugin and try again we added DeviceOrientationControls.js add for Gyroscope support. You’ll be get notified by codecanyon when the update ready.

Gyroscope feature is okay and you can update it your own side anytime. Now it’s comprehend mobile device and Gyroscope will be works aotomatically.
Sorry, but the latest version does not function, kills the page where its used, a number of options in the UI are gone… The demolink you sent me is perfect but the plugin I downloaded NOT! The navbar options for gyro and cardbox on your demopage are great, so please fix the released plugin…

The image name you’ve used contains empty space and capitalize sentences even extension. Also, image getting “not well-formed” error. Please try another photo or send us your login info.
Can you please check your website it’s fixed. But you should try to use another well-formed image.
