Hi Bookly,
I have downloaded you plugin. Though I cant seem to install it on my server. It keeps losing file path on 454 php files. I am using WinSCP to transfer the files
I have tried a few other plugins and there is no problem with those. Also, I tried to different programs to unzip the download.
Any thoughts on what this issues is?

I am wanting to know if when you do a search of customers, is it possible to search up customers by appointment type? For example, to pull up all customers whose appointments were maintenance?

I installed and activated the Bookly Customer Information (Add-on). Though, Customer Information tab does not appear in Bookly settings.

Please, make sure that you have enabled Customer Information in the settings as well (Bookly > Settings > Customer Information > enabled).

Hello, I just purchased this add-on for Bookly. It works great but I don’t see my custom fields in the backend Client and Appointment section. Is it possibile to show them? Thank you!

You can see the customer fields in the customer information menu and the filled in fields can be seen when you edit a customer (in the customers menu). It’s nice to have this feature. Now I miss to have that custom fields in “new client” section accessing from wordpress admin panel or staff cabinet

The custom fields will continue to be displayed, when you open an appointment and click on the customer’s name. Though, you could probably need the custom fields add-on for this requirement.

When I’ve told “custom fields” I was meaning this new custom fields for clients, called “customer information”, the answer is probably the bgalbis one
