want to know about 2 points 1- is the plugin support when some user share post or page to social media then his referral link is included in the shared post. I mean if any one click on this post on social media and visit the site then he will be a referral of the user who shared the post or the page
2- do you have intention to add the next option ( to give the author of the post or the page or the product points if his (page,post,product) get liked,shared,viewed,commented ? if yes okay if no is it possible to use another point system plugin with your plugin or conflict will happen ? thanks

1. When Someone shares a Page or post on a Social network using the buttons from SUMO Reward Points, the Referral Link of the person sharing the product will not be included along with the URL.
2. This Feature is not available. We haven’t tested with other Points Plugin hence we are unable to provide a suggestion.

Hello. Is this plugin compatible with WooCommerce Point of Sale (POS)? I mean, can I redeem points or voucher codes created by this plugin from the front end in POS? If the same taxonomy is used for Codes as traditional Woocommerce Coupons then this shouldn’t be a problem. If you are using your own codes, then most probably it doesn’t integrate. My scenario is – we take orders in the shop using POS, thus assigning points to the customer. When the customer buys again he can redeem points as a part or whole of the payment. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi, about users sending points to other users, I understand that it can be transferred by short code. However, is it possible to set the designated receiving user and fixed points, make every user can send point to other user by one click?

I’ve been studying your Rewards system – read the manual and playing on local server now.
I have a question and I’m sorry to ask for help its just that this plugin is just so complex that its easy to get confused, I’m sure I will learn in good time about it slowly.
I need to make reward system LEVELS based on points.
100-500 Points – Starter Level
500-1000 Points – Gold Level
1000-5000 Points – Platinum
and more similar levels.
And I need to apply set discounts on products based on level.
If I have product X, Y and Z
Starter Member- 10% off on X, 20% off on Y, nothing on Z
Gold Member- 20% off on X, 30% off on Y, 10% off on Z
and so on.
I want this PERCENTAGE discount to apply AUTOMATICALLY on checkout.
Please assist on the quickest way to do this.

Hi, I’m trying to display the rewards log on a new blank page but it instead shows [rs_my_rewards_log] text. I’ve disabled all others plugins. Just woocommerce and SUMO. I can see the rewards log and referral table on My account page, but I can’t add it on others pages…

Go to WooCommerce -> SUMO Reward Points -> Advanced -> My Account Page Settings
- Enable the Show/Hide Reward Content in Shortcode checkbox

How does the customer redeem the points? Can the admin define the redemption by Points to a Product? Like 10 Points you can redeem a particular item.

- We don’t have the option to use specific points for a particular product. But we have provided some other redeeming restriction options in our plugin.
i) Selected Products/Categories for redeeming
ii) Minimum Points required for the first time redeeming
iii) Minimum Points to be entered for redeeming
iv) Maximum Points can be redeemed for the order
v) Minimum Cart Total to redeem points

Is it possible to to give automai / manual Ranks and Badges based on the total point balance and reward members for archiving certain levels giving them coupons or free points? Can I automate giving certain amount of points on, for example Xmas or eastern. Or maybe after x days since signing up? Ca I reward signing up for newsletter (sendinblue)?

- We have provided the shortcodes to display rank based reward points[Total earned points and currently available points]. You can make use of it as per your needs.
We don’t have the option to give coupons or free points. But you can give free products to users once they reach the certain level.
- This feature is not available. Account sign up points can be awarded to users only after first purchase option is available.

Prior to purchasing I would like to know, if I set up custom user roles, will your plugin recognize these roles and allow me to set different dollar spent to point ratios for each role? For instance, the user role ‘Platinum Customer’ gets 1 point for every 10 dollars spent, while the user role ‘Gold Customer’ gets 1 point for every 20 dollars spent. Will your plugin allow us to do this?

hi, i am trying to get the user table of rewards on a custom page rather than on my account, so, i hid it from my account, that works, and i have set it to show shortcode, but when i use the shortode: [rs_my_rewards_log] all I see is that shortcode, not the table, I know shortcodes are working, as on the same page I added the other shortcode: [rs_my_reward_points] which is working and shows “total points: xxx” so nothing is blocking shortcodes, shortcodes work on the page, but, the shortcode rs_my_rewards_log does not work, is this the right shortcode? I had just implemented a scale, based on money spent, and cannot use it now. When will this be fixed?

- Emails landing into the spam folder is a common issue which is not controlled by our plugin. One way to avoid emails being sent to spam folder is by adding the sender email id in a receiver address book.
- We have already noted this improvement[Earning points based on the history of purchase] in our to-do list. We will include it in our future update.

Hi, The plugin does not work correctly. Earning points based on the history of purchases, The level of earnings varies with any status of the order (not only completed). Be carefull! The developer does not intend to correct the error.

Points will be earned for the Social Sharing Icons supported by the plugin. Following are the Social Icons supported,
1. Facebook Like and Share 2. Twitter Tweet and Follow 3. Instagram Follow 4. VK.com Like 5. Google +1 6. OK.ru Share
A Callback is not supported by the following Social Actions, so points will be awarded as soon as the social buttons are clicked.

Hi i am using your plugin. I also use wpml and i have 2 lang to my site. How could be possible to send the plugin two emails? If someone buy from english language send an email at english. When someone buy from the other language (italian) send to italian the email. in section SUMO Reward Points Payment Gateway Status Settings at status i can only select one. I was thinking to create 2 statuses with custom templates but i can only use one. Thanks
