When trying to update to version 3.1 from Wordpress plugin update page, we receive the following error message: “An error occurred while updating ARForms: Update package not available.” Are other people having the same problem? When will the package be available? Regards.

Hey there! I wanted to bring up a couple things, one a bug, the other a suggestion 
Bug Found (Latest and last version) – If you use the Email field, on a mobile device, it turns it into a phone field 
Suggestion – This might be for the PDF addon rather than the main plugin, but it might apply to both. I forgot a field and added it in, since it’s a field after the fact, no matter what section it’s in, it always puts it in the last as it’s ID is the last. It would be great for the plugin almost to “change IDs” if a field is moved rather than when it was created.

regarding changing field id, I dont think its technically possible as there can be many fields and if we keep changing id on basis of fields order but may be while printing shortcode on pdf we can make arrangement.

2. Okay great! Yeah, I know with QuForm the layout was similar in that it would rearrange based on its position, rather than when it was created.

Please respond to my ticket “005547” asap since the reply i received before 3 days was to provide an online link and login which in our case isn’t the option since it’s a local installation.

can you provide more information?? how exactly you want to use it for classified website??? as far as any kind of form arforms can be used. Now we just introduced post creator addon. so, with the help of that, you can create any kind of custom post too. so, if your classified ads are custom post then i think arforms with post creator addon can fullfill your requirements easily.

I’m interested in using the plugin to create registration and login forms, and I can see from the demo that on submit you can “Send Form Data to Custom URL” which I would use to trigger a registration and login page on the server (outside of wordpress). So I have two questions:
1. Would this actually work? Would the custom url be triggered when the form is submitted?
2. Is it possible to disable the form entries from being saved to the wordpress database? (kind of a security issue if passwords are saved in plain text when submitting a login form).

Yes, you need to have ARforms and its addon user signup And you can create wonderful registration form/login/chagne password etc forms and link them to wordpress without problem. Even you can have social signup/signin too.

BTW, could you recommend me some WP themes that are compatible with both ARForms and Mailster, please?
(WP themes on which we may replace their registration form by ARForms easily, of course).
ARForms works with most of the popular wp themes so, i dont think you will have much problem as far as theme is following wordpress standards.

I saw many cases about Mailchimp and you always refer to contact support. May be is time to make one full guide for Mailchimp ? I have ticket >> Ticket ID – 005528 and no respond 3 days. My global problem is that form not send data to MailChimp account and not see option to add more fields which to sent to Mailchimp (only Email / First Name / Last Name). i cant see you have bought arforms from the account which you have used to message. however i can see your ticket. And it was opened 48 hours ago and it was opened during weekend. I would suggest you need to understand that support staff also need small break in week. And its well documented.
For additional fields integration is not part of our product. And yes good news is addon to achieve it is coming out within week time.

I hope you are fine. I’m writing to you because my website was recently attacked by a hacker using a vulnerabilty found on your plugin.
Basically, I was notify that the AR Forms was updated February 15th and then the hacker attacked my website february 20th.
Of course was my fault because I did not update immediatly the plugin.
So I was wondering if the latest update of your plugin is related or not with this potential attack or vulnerability. Can you please confirm if this update will be avoid other attacks?

i think this is false alarm as nobody except you has reported any such vulnerability and version you are using if its 3.0 then its latest and we almost rewrote entire code ti make it much faster better and secure. so, just because your site got hacked on 20th is not something to indicate that arforms update has such issue. It could be anything.
but still if you think there is some possibility of vulnerability then please share full details through message box of our codecanyon profile page. we will check it with top priority. And if there are slightest chances of vulnerable coding then we will immediately change that part of code and release update.
but again, please be very sure about what you are saying.

I understand that nobody (except me) is reporting something like this. Let me tell you this: I have 5 license of AR Forms and I belive is one of the best plugins forms on the market. The latest version is outstanding. And I’ll go to continue buying your product.
However, it was my webhosting that told me the attacker found a bug on your product and then hacked my webspace. I think is fair to give you the possibility to check the infected folder and confirm if my hosting provider is right or not. If you conform is the hosting provider is not right I’ll go back to them asking for more details regarding this issue.

yes thank you for buying that many copies. And yes sir i am taking it very seriously even someone raise slightest doubt but i am personally experienced in this kind of situation but mostly such malware as not even hosting provider can precisely tell from where it came. Further more in arforms only place from where file gets uploaded is through file upload control.
But still as you raised it so, we will have to go to the bottom of it. please provide as much detail as possible through private message so, even if happens to be any bug in our plugin then nobody can take advantage further.

I have been having issues with my running totals and also “If then” statements dealing with Arforms after I upgrading to V3.0 as in they just stopped working altogether. I have put a ticket in and responded back with the sign in information but have not heard back from anyone after sending multiple emails asking about that status for almost a week. Can someone please help me resolve this issues asap. I have departments emailing me daily on when this will be resloved.
I think you have not submitted any login details. As support staff had asked 6 days ago and never received single reply. kindly go there and reply with username and password so support staff can quickly assist you.

I reached out to you. Hopefully you got the email! I can register just fine, although it returns an error obviously because my purchase code and email are already used. Login just loops the animation without going anywhere. I thought maybe a forgot password would work, but it doesn’t even send emails out!!
Any luck with this yet? I’ve tried multiple devices, heck even a VPN in case of an IP Conflict of sorts and same thing; login just does the animation and doesn’t do anything.

Where can we find calculation or math logic funcion (element?)?! In others plugins you can add something like “Payment element” or you have Calculator. It is very easy! Not in ARForms! Where is it?

We have the problem! Why do You always hide important functions?! Look at: eForm or Super Forms. Clear and intuitive! We gave up buying ARMemeber plugin because You also hid an important function and the plugin was nice but unintuitive! It’s irritating! Such an important function is hidden and can not be found! In other plugins (eForm or Super Forms) working with calculations or math forms is a REAL PLEASURE. We do not need any help or opening any ticket! But not with ARForms! It is a nightmare and a continuous reference to help. Next ticket and hours spent, searching for an important function!
hiding?? i am happy to openly compare with any other plugins you mentioned for features. so, when you have these many features some person have A feature important some have B. we put them as we believe important. can you ask same question to yourself?? why would we hide??
And regarding handling your support ticket is actually costing us more money. As we always give one to one support, so, customer get personal assistance and not some public forum where people read threads and keep trying. so, please don’t get frustrated.
And yes i took note from your comment and we will improve our documentation to describe everything in more depth.
It is not about “documentation”! You promote a very important and new functionality that you did not have (2.0 vs. 3.0). You write about it on the website. We buy the plugin but (despite the experience) we can not find this functionality! Something is wrong! The intuitive function saves time for you and your customer. The hidden function is a waste of time and money. I do not know if eForm is better (it has to change in the next version) but even in it, creating any purchase form is very easy. Here is black magic! It was the same with ARMemeber. We like this plugin. Is beautiful! But we chose Ultimate Membership Pro because even though it is complicated, we find the same things there without any problems and we did not need any help!
I welcome your opinion but i think mostly people like armember or any other products only because they are powerful and super easy to use. And it avoids all complexity. To keep it simple we may have given less ux exposure for some less used features but that’s to keep it simple. Otherwise we have everything in modular way unlike ultimate membership pro, armember only load resources which are needed. if you are technically advanced then you can compare coding too, its very well coded. so, again thank you for your opinion will give it a thought.

ARForms 3 is our favourite form plugin but believe me, such important funcion as calculator or price element (add-on in Super Forms) should be at “Form Elements” panel (as in eForm) or at top bar next to Conditional Rule. Where is it now? 5 people cannot find it after 1 hour!!!

Your updated plugin looks awesome. Is there a way to limit checkboxes with the latest release ? If I publish 10 checkboxes, only 3 to 5 should be selectable, the other ones should be disabled … Best regards
