Hi, I am planning to buy “Universal”, I’ve tried the demo and it is fantastic but I have a question, is it possible to hide the toolbar when scrolling down in the webview, it happens in all content providers (woocommerce, blogs,tumblr etc) except in the webview. Looking forward for your reply

Hi! While we don’t support blogger out of the box, you can always use WebView to show your Blogger site.
In addition, if you know java, you can integrate a Blogger content provider/parser into your app.

Hi! The first menu item will be the page that is shown when the app is launched. So to change the home item, simply set the item you want to be shown first.
We currently don’t offer an option to let the visualisation screen show a logo.

Hi! We have no demo for ads (because Admob doesn’t allow ‘intentional’ ad showing). However, you just can expect the same demo but with a banner on the bottom of all screens (and interstitials when navigating on a set interval).

Regarding your questions: Interstitial exclusively appear on a set interval (i.e. 1 in y times) when navigating. I.e. switching menu items or tabs. On other events, i.e. viewing images, interstitials are not supported out of the ox.
Whether it is hard or not to remove the banner to the top depends on your Android knowledge. I’d say basic knowledge is enough to do this.

1) You can use Universal for many things. It should be possible to create a setup suitable for a music festival (depending on your needs ofcourse).
2) You can simply use Wordpress posts and categories for this. In addition, you can use WebView to show any event webpage you want.
3) We offer a tool to create the file that defines your content providers (the output of the tool is a file that you can save in your app or on your server).
4) You send them from OneSignal.com, a popular push provider with which we provide full integration.

Please note that in all cases, you only have to enter your API baseurl as first parameter. (so no matter if you are showing a category, or recent posts/products always only enter the baseurl).
In the second parameter field, you can add any category values.

I have tried both, but, app crashes, I try to set file:///android_asset/about.html and set to URL, but app crashes!

Thank you, it has recently come to our attention that upgrades we made to the WebView with the 4.2 update may result in bugs for WooCommerce and offline webpages. This issue only arise under select circumstances and we’re currently trying to resolve this issue.
Based on your description, you’ve setup everything correctly but you’re still having issues, so I think you may be affected to by the issue.
For now, you can resolve this by using the V4.1.0 version of Universal in the “other versions/previous versions” folder of your download to resolve this problem.
We’ll be working to update V4.2 as soon as possible with a fix.
I’ve updated 4.2 to resolve the WooCommerce issue!

cause really i purchased it to make some changing and share it , but android is more hard than i think and really i don’t use your app or script , and that will lose money money for not use .

If you’d like to show livestreams, like Live TV, use our TV stream content provider instead.
I am trying to build app with the latest version , I found some bugs
1. In webview when we browse some pages and hit back button for going back , the app is exiting ,
reproduce issue : set google.com as webview url , search wikipedia > open the wikipedia.org link from the search result > then hit back button > app is exiting .

2. some live tv m3u8 links playing from beginning , if we try the same link on mx player or vlc , we get live video , but in this application , it plays the video from the beginning .
