I got Convertplug via Avada. This plugin is awesome and next level!
I use Mailchimp integration, which works very well. I have multiple fields in Mailchimp:
- Emailaddress - Phone number - Name
So I create this in ConvertPlug as well. My fieldname is exactly the same as Mailchimp, like MCE-PHONENUMBER. All works, but only EMAILADDRESS will be sent to Mailchimp.
I think in INPUT TYPE the ID input is missing in convertplug. So I can declare MCE-PHONENUMBER for example and then all these other fields will be sent to Mailchimp as well.
I hope there will be a solution for this,

Well, you can sync multiple fields in Convert Plus with those in MailChimp. Here is an article you can refer to.
You should be able to send all the field data into your MailChimp list. Since you are not a direct license owner, you could your theme author for further help and assistance. In case they need help, they can get in touch with our team too. 
For direct support from our developers, you will need to purchase a license of your own.

- Well, with Convert Plus you can collect all the information you need from a user. The email field is compulsory. You can later add custom fields in Convert Plus and a respective email marketing service provider where you wish to store all the details.

Yes, you can have two different fields that can capture the home address and email address of users. You can then integrate Convert Plus with a third party email marketing service provider or auto-responder to store this data.

Convert Plus alone can be used to create a slide-in. But, in order to make it work like an instant support popup, you will need to use a third party software to do so. Although it is difficult to recommend any particular one for this, I would suggest you to search a plugin or software that gives you a custom HTML code or a shortcode that can be used within a Convert Plus slide-in to make it work like you want it to.

I just bought a license but for some reason, it keeps going in a loop when trying to register. Even when creating a modal, I select a template but you keep getting that thing turning around and nothing happens – what am I missing? this is my time using it and I can’t even use it….

Hi there. My developer tried with this but was not able to implement it. There are other plugins that provide dynamic content based on URL strings however don’t interact with popups. Would be great if you add this feature to a future release. Thanks

Dear team, your plugin looks very good, and if it can do what it says i will buy it. What i want to do with the plugin is as follow:
1: Restrict content with popup (seen example looks great) 2: Integrate with Active campaign (seen integration Looks great) 3: Redirect to restricted content (seen possibility looks great) but 4: Login option for registered user ( I have not seen any examples ) 5: Registered User List on the backend with option to reset password etc (not seen examples)

You can do that by increasing the width of the popup. Here is a screenshot for your reference. If you still wish to alter it some more, you can add custom CSS code for the particular popup.

It should not be affected when you set the width using the inbuilt setting. However, using custom CSS code might affect the responsive nature of Convert Plus module.
