Is it possible for the Post Masonry Grid to show 3 or 4 across on mobile phones instead of just one?
Hello, This can be achieved with custom CSS. You can use CSS media query: https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_rwd_mediaqueries.asp and then target the columns rendered by grid to give it a width so that 3-4 can fit in a single row on smaller screens.

If you can share the steps to replicate it, we will be able to investigate it further. Hi, I have an issue with the tour element: sometimes when I open a new section of the tower, it refuses to close the previous section, resulting in the sections stacking over each other. Weird thing is it doesn’t always happen, only about half the time, but when it does, the inspector gives me a few jquery errors:

I have tried switching back to the 2017 theme and the problem is still there.

Ok Thanks. Probably a dumb question but to create a new user, a mail address is required, do you know which address I’m supposed to put in there? There’s no hint or anything about that in your support ticket form page.

Is there a page, or settings window to set responsive font sizes? Or is this something that is set in the Theme? I saw a video with Visual Composer v5.0.1 and it had a window to set respnosive text within columns.
Hello, The font sizes by default are controlled by the theme. However, we do have many third party add-ons: https://vc.wpbakery.com/addons/ which might have such a functionality to allow you to modify the font sizes for responsive screens.

The plugin doesn’t load when I click to edit the “buttons” and when I click to edit the rows. It just spins and spins and buffers, but it doesn’t load.
I had to pay to $45 to update this plugin because it was no longer working correctly because I had an older version that came with my theme.

Hello, Our standard single image elements supports alt tag added via media settings of the image. Do make sure that the theme/plugin is not modifying the element output at your end. The background images are added via CSS and hence they do not support alt tag.

Hello guys. I have not bought this directly BUT it is included in TOTAL theme so I thought I may be entitled to post here. When I add a MEDIA gallery (Media Grid OR Mansonry Grid) my server peaks CPU usage and the result is that the images do not get processed and inserted. The back end just hangs. Has anyone noticed this? The server config is quite powerful but still everything halts because of the CPU spike. I am reading around and some one has found that Page Builder causes this with various themes (see here https://goo.gl/P89ivH) and the solution was tampering with JS files. Any ideas on what to do to make things work nicely with Media Galleries?
