At the moment I have to problems:

1) I cannot migrate the stories from the free to the Pro version. It works neither deactivating nor activating Cool Timeline (free version).

2) I cannot use the title “Timeline” for the page with the timeline.

Hi, I’ve purchased the plugin, and I have an issue: my cover images are getting cropped to a square format. Not all, just some, which is puzzling. Sometimes I can solve it by uploading the same picture with different dimensions, but sometimes there is no help, and I don’t understand why is that. I am using the full image size option in the settings. So why are some cover images getting cropped like this, and how can I solve it?

Thanks for a nice plugin. I use vertical compact design in light skin, and it seems that timeline items ordered vertically with variable margin between the items.

What I mean is that the minimum distance between the items (odd or even) is not fixed. And it seems the space between them is growing with more additional items on a timeline.

Do you know the reason behind, or this behaviour is normal?

Seems theres a but since the last update. I updated my timeline and its no longer showing. I went in and looked around and it seems the use of ASC for order is throwing it off. IF i display it as DESC it works fine.

My timeline all of a sudden started placing all of the items all over the place, even though we have it setup to display by date in DESC order.

All of the story dates changed to 2017 and even though I tried changing them back in the story settings, it does not change.

but I can’t it install in my wordpress. 1. First, I already have “cool timeline” on my page 2. can I just upgrade my “cool timeline” to pro 3. if I click “upgrade” on my page, it’s $20, but I bought the download (which is not working yet) at $24 plus $2fee, can I get refund and re-upgrade from my page later?

Hello. It appears that the description content for timeline stories does not honor line breaks/paragraph returns. Is there a way around this?

I submitted a ticket on December 18th with no response.

I’ve tried to troubleshoot this issue by re-installing the plugin, all security updates are made, I’ve changed the theme to default, and turned off all other plugins, with no change.

Shortcode I am using is:

Only showing ten. I can re-order them, but still only showing ten stories after clicking the arrows.

Hello, I have a pre-sale question. I’ve been looking high and low for a family-tree plugin. I’m developing a site for a dog breeder and I need to be able to create that hierarchy (pup belongs to mom + dad, mom belongs to grandparents, etc..) Is that feasible with this plugin?
