I looks like I can use this plugin to send info from a WP comment form or WooCommerce checkout form to Mailchimp or Constant Contact, but can I also set up a checkbox on another custom form on my site, such as registering for a photo contest? Perhaps with an HTML code inserted into the page?

Yes, You can send info collected through a WP Comment form or a WooCommerce checkout form to MailChimp or Constant Contact. However, collecting data from any other registration form and sending it through Convert Plus is not possible at the moment.

impossible to put shortcodes inside the design, the integration with active campaign does not allow to choose existing fields in active campaign, very limited layout but it is with templates, you can not put images that are not background, you can not put sections, you can not put columns …... what kind of integration and content capabilities are these ?. very disappointed

I am sorry that you din’t find Convert Plus working as per your requirements. However, I would like to inform you that all the things you’ve mentioned above are possible with Convert Plus. Although you might not be able to customize the templates completely, you have freedom to use any template that is closest to your requirement and add a little custom code to make it work for you.
Convert Plus seamlessly integrates with ActiveCampaign. There are two ways you can do this in.
- Using Custom HTML Form code: You can create a form in ActiveCampaign, copy the custom HTML code and paste it in a Convert Plus module. Here is an article that will help you with the same.

Direct Integration using API: You can integrate Convert Plus with ActiveCampaign directly. In this method, you can also add multiple fields in the form and sync them with those in ActiveCampaign. Here is an article that will help you with the same. You can also sync tags while integrating Convert Plus with ActiveCampaign.

is it possible to use CovertPlus to pop a coupon offer for “10% off your 1st purchase”, and if the user uses the coupon, then the pop-up will never pop that message for that cookied user who made the purchase?

Yes! You can certainly use Convert Plus to display a popup that says “10% OFF on your 1st Purchase”. You can hide this popup from the users who have filled the form on it or have closed it. This can be done using the Cookie settings in Convert Plus.

Hello, The push page option is causing alot of errors where by, once enabled, the module pushes the page down, but when you alter the browser size/window, the menu and header are pushed out of the screen! Please help, I’ve raised a support ticket, but its taking too long for you guys to respond.

Convert Plus allows you to create popups and opt-in forms to collect email ids and lead data that you might need. It does not send automatic emails to the subscribers. However, you can integrate it with third party mailers, email marketing service providers and auto-responders that are listed here.
You can select one of them, refer to our integration docs to proceed with integration. This will help you capture lead data through a Convert Plus opt-in form, pass it to the respective auto-responder, so that an automatic email can be sent to the subscriber.

You can surely do this by adding a ”#” within the destination URL and a unique class name for the button. This class name should be used within the CSS class field for the particular popup in Convert Plus.

Love this plugin, but running into a minor issue and hoping there is a simple workaround. We have a number of downloadables for our clients and prospects but want them to be able to download multiple whitepapers. Our popups collect their name and email. They are getting the “already subscribed” notice which prevents them from downloading multiple whitepapers. I guess we have no actual way of tracking these users, when they subscribe it is not creating a user in wordpress with a login. We don’t necessarily need that, so what would be a workaround to allow the end user to continue downloading whitepapers and collecting their data whether we have it or not without throwing the already subscribe message? I understand their is a cookie feature which we are looking into now, but what happens when the cookie gets cleared or expires? The user would again get a ‘already subscribe’ notice which would prevent them from downloading the additional whitepapers offered.

Just to let you know, it is not possible to deliver multiple downloadables at the same time, through on opt-in form. Therefore, you will need to create different popups or opt-in forms for different files.
Regarding offering a downloadable file even if a user is already subscribed, this is possible too. Could you please open up a ticket at our support center, so that a member of our team can help you set this up?
If you are trying to use cookies, let me tell you cookies have nothing to do in this case. What is happening here is that the data is not being sent to the mailer or the campaign since Convert Plus finds that the user has already signed up before. However, please open up a ticket and we’ll help you with this.

Hi, I have Convert Plus via Avada theme so I don’t have a Authorization Code. I’ve created a Popup Modal. I have it linked to Mailchimp. Is there a way to receive an email once someone has filled out the popup form? Id like to be emailed the information so I can contact the lead as well as have the information go into my mailchimp account. Is this possible? Hi,
I have two questions:
1. I was testing another plugin and I noticed that when I enter the full name in a single field and integrate with mail chimp the name is automatically split into first and last name on mailchimp list. Ex: If I have a single field to capture full name and i entered “Adam Smith”, “Adam” will go under first name and “Smith” will go under last name field on my mailchimp list, is this possible with your plugin?
2. Can I add the record under a “group” under my main mailchimp list or it will go to the main list only?

- This is not possible with Convert Plus at the moment. You will have to create two separate fields for the Firstname and Lastname in order to send them to the respective field in MailChimp.
- You can add a subscriber to a MailChimp group. Here is an article that will help you integrate Convert Plus with MailChimp.

We recently released an update in the version 3.1.3. Since it had a couple of minor fixes, we pushed it directly without uploading that on CodeCanyon. Therefore, the latest version on CodeCanyon remains 3.1.2.
However, I am sorry I cannot see the purchased tag across your name. Could I know what setup are you using the plugin on? If you’ve got Convert Plus bundled with a theme, you’ll need to contact your theme author to update the version for you.
In case you wish to receive direct one click updates through WordPress, you will need to purchase a licensed copy of Convert Plus and activate your license, so that you do not miss on any such updates in the future.

Well, a Convert Plus popup will work with BuddyPress. However, I am not sure whether I understood how you want it to work. Do you mean that you want a popup to be displayed after a user clicks on a button and then accept a message from him? If yes, this will work for sure!
