Hello!, I want to use my point to buy a product. Yes, your plugin has this feature but, If the product’s price is higher than point that I have, I can’t use my point. Your plugin has the ‘point to coupon’ system, but I think it is a bit cumbersome to create a coupon by going to the “My account -> Point” page to get a discount when purchasing something. How about just allow user to use their point even if the price of product is higher than point they have?

really nice plugin! i want to ask if i can set % for earning points to all products? for example iinstead of setting every product or category for specific points (maybe this is unfair because there might be a prouct cost 10$ and you get 1000 points and another product costs 1000$ and also get 1000 points) so if i set to earn 1000 points for every 1$ is that possible? thank you.

There is another feature we had provided and i.e Per Amount spent In this feature if you had set the conversion rate something like 10Points = $1, then any Customer has spent $2 (just for example ) then they will get reward of 20 points.
From this feature you can easily achieve your requirement.

For this, Please go to the “Coupon Setting” where you will find a setting “Enable Per Amount Point Conversion”.
Enable that setting and set your Conversion rate for that. For example: $10 = 1 Point(or whatever you like)
Then place the order worth $30 or more then you would get 3 Points.

Actually, this feature depends on Order Total, not on Per Product so there is no any message for this on the single product page.
But yes for information about this to your customer you can write your “Ways for gaining Points” in general tab settings.
From that setting, you can write your ways for notifying the customer about “How to gain more points?”, which will get displayed on “Points Page”.

For point sharing feature please visit ‘WooCommerce > Points and Rewards Manager > Other Setting’ and enable ‘Point Sharing’ feature. After that, on Account page of a customer, you will see the option of sharing points.
You just have to enter another customer email and points then click on “Go” button. Points will successfully send to another customer account.

Yes, you can set points to individual product (per product basis) or to per category or one global point for all product.
For global product points Please go to the “Points and Reward Mangager” > ” Assigned Product Points tab” Here you’ll find the settings for global product points and for category points
For assigning individual per product point please go to the product edit page you’ll find a Points and Reward panel, from there you can set your required point.

1)Go to the Appearance -> Widget -> You’ll find a widget naming “Points And Reward”
2) Drag this to your sidebar along with the Title and other Details for that widget. It will show your Current Points.
Else, If you want to use the Shortcode Method
1)Please place the shortcode [MYCURRENTPOINT] at your checkout page then update.
2)You may change the Text for this Shortcode, Please go to the Other Setting Tab and set your required text for [MYCURRENTPOINT] shortcode.

Our extension has been tested with Avada, Flatsome, Divi and with some other famous themes too, and we do not find any issue regarding these themes. So it should definitely work with Genesis Framework also.
There is one thing which can affect & that is the CSS for our custom points page (very lesser chance to get affected ).

We have provided two ways to provide points to the customer on purchasing product-
1) Per Amount Point Conversion
2) Assign Product Points
Let’s discuss each one:
Per Amount Point Conversion: From here if you have set the conversion rate like $100 = 10Point Now any customer made the purchase of $200 at your site then he/she would be rewarded by 20point. Might be this feature will help you to achieve your Percentage Requirement.
Assign Product Point: It provides the Fixed Point to each product on category basis or Per Product basis.
If you are asking any other thing then please elaborate your Requirement like in which feature you want to provide the “Percentage point” feature so that we can think for that feature too.

And if you had set the conversion rate for “Per Amount Points Conversion” like in our previous reply then you can achieve your above-specified requirement.
Just set the conversion rate 100$ = 10 Point for enabling that setting (Per Amount Point Conversion) from Coupon Setting Tab.
We also want to let you know, that the Points should be in Integer format not in decimal, so the customer will be rewarded with 9 but not with 8.3

If there are multiple vendors or sellers are there and they have different product having some points then on any purchase of those product will reward to that Customer who made that purchase.

Yes you can assign different or same points to each individual product. According to assigned points when any customer add product to cart after checkout and order status set to completed then customer will get product assigned points. After getting points customer can use those points by purchasing product in your shop according to settings.

Hello, we have provided a feature “Product Purchase through points” in this you can allow customer to purchase product through points instead of money. For example you have a product which cost is $200 then you can allow customer to redeem 200 points instead of $200.
You can allow this feature for all products and set redeemption point according to product price as like $1 = 1 point

About the coupon code not showing till you refresh the page It should not be happen because the coupons are generated through ajax so it should get displayed instant, but as you said that its not showing till you refresh the page, we request you to come our support so that we can check your issue will get resolve asap
About all shortcode listing Each of the settings tab like general or membership or other setting tabs have their realated shortcode with their description But if you want to get it displayed on single place we will definitely do this in our just next version
