I just purchased your plugin. After installing it I’am confronted with 4 issues/questions. - I don’t have a ‘Points Tab’ on the account page. - I am using Locotranslate for localizing my site, i can’t translate your plugin with it. How can I translate it? - In my shop I use a lot of products with variations. Is it not possible to assign points to the different variations? - On my checkout page I don’t see any points.

I am using Locotranslate for localizing my site, I can’t translate your plugin into it. How can I translate it?
>You have to create a .po file of your own language and the place it into our language folder, Go to the Loco Translate-> home-> our plugin->where you will be found the .po file of your language, now you have to pick one by one string and translate it in your language ->Click Save Now it should get reflected.
Is it not possible to assign points to the different variations?
>As per now, the Points are assigned to the parent only, you can not set different points for each variation, all the variation took the Parent’s Assigned Point. But we are adding this request to our Feature List for our Future Version.
On my checkout page I don’t see any points.

Yes, we have this feature just consider points shown below:
Admin can enable the feature “Product can be purchased through Point” and can also restrict them to get applied only some selected category, and When User collects some Points and wants to redeem them, they can purchase that specified product who has been selected for purchasing through Point feature.
Admin can disable the Coupon Generation feature, so that customer not be able to convert his/her points into coupons, because as per now we coupons are not restricted to the particular category.

1. I have installed and setup this plugin, but cant see my points in My Account. “My points in My account page” will not show to the admin. It only show the registered user and make sure that the permalinks have to be saved.

As a pre-sales question, does this plugin have the option to set a minimum off points required before a customer can redeem the points? Example: 1 point = $1, but you must have 100 points minimum in order to receive a $10 discount? Is this possible? Thanks!

Yes, It is possible by our plugin, Admin can set the required points need to be generated for the coupons (or for redemption). Lets take scenario something like:
Required Points for generating Coupon: 100 Customer’s Total Point: 50 Now,Customer would not be able to generate his/her coupon till he have total 100 points (required)

Pre-purchase question. From what I’m reading points can be used to generate a coupon, then the user has to enter the coupon code on the checkout page to receive the discount. How are these coupons generated? Are they one time use coupons, do they expire, can they be stacked? Also, can a user delete his coupon and get the points added back?
Also, can the referral button be changed to easy share buttons with social icons?

If a user have some points they can generate their coupon by entering the required points to ‘Points’ page which he or she can find to their My Account Page. The usage, expiration period, min – max spend settings can be set by the admin in coupon setting tab. For now user cannot delete their coupon, Only admin can do so, that’s why in that case no points are added back to the account. But on your request we can discuss about this feature request and if it would be feasible for all we can implement this in our next release or we can customize it for you only. You may request for our demo link from where you can check all the settings by your own.

Also, example, if person A shares a refer link and 5 people come to my site, can person A only get points if those people buy? Not clear if I can set that up now or is it not an option?

Thankyou for your appreciation As per current running scenario we have two settings for sharing referral link
Enable referral link : in this feature A shares his link and 5 people would get registered himself and if the minimum requirements are met (as set by admin ) then A would be rewarded with some points.
Enable referral purchase : in this features if A shares his link, 5 people would get registered successfully themselves through that link and any one of them would purchase something from your site then A would get some assigned points (referral purchase point)
You may also set the restriction on these purchase (by setting the number of future orders of those 5 people by whom A will be getting those assigned points)

Can I use this plugin so that if someone buys a particular product, they get X amount of dollars credited to their account, or that they can spend for free. Or specifically, so that if they buy Product X, they get 5 products from a specific category for free?

We have a feature “Assign Product Points” from where you can assign the points to any number of categories or products, and when any user will purchase a product then he/she will be rewarded with those points. And after that they can convert those number of points into coupons and as well as they can use those points for purchasing any product for free of cost.
We have another feature “Per Amount ($) spent points” from where if any user spent $X then he or she will be rewarded by Y Points, where X and Y can be set by Merchant.

Yes, We have a setting in back end “Redeem points conversion” From where whatever the setting Merchant have put here the calculation for conversion of points to coupon will done accordingly.
For example -> If the merchant set “5 points = $1” ( as per his/her site ) and if any customer having 25 points, and wants to convert their points to coupon, they will get the coupon of $5, merchant can also set the minimum requirement of “Points” for converting coupon .

We do not hide products for any membership levels, we just do to allow merchant to select different products or categories to different Membership Level, For example- Merchant can choose Product1 Product2 Product3 and Product4 for VIP1 and set a discount X% for these products, and then select other products say Product5,Product6,Product7 for VIP2 Membership Level with Y% discount. Then any user having membership level VIP1 would be able to purchase those selected products with discount of x%(as set by back end).

Hi . 1) Can i create exchange numer of ponts to icon (This question used for 2 kind of point: purchase point and rating point)?
Example
0-100: 5 heart empty
101-200: 4 heart emty + 1 heart red
