I don’t understand how to set the ‘Login Page’ in the settings.

Do I have to create a new page for login and use a redirect plugin to wp-login.php?

Hi,

you only need to set this page if you use any other login page than the normal wp login. For example when you use WooCommerce oder Buddypress.

I’ve just made my first test by creating a new ticket via the new ticket form.

The ticket was created and notifications were sent to admin and customer.

But this was displayed on the screen:

‘Ticket could not be created!’

How do I correct this? The customer might think that the message was not sent and that they have to create a new ticket.

And you have set a default agent in the settings?

Problem solved. I had a default agent set but hadn’t created any status. So all tickets were unassigned. All works Ok now.

Hi, seems like the woocommerce support is gone because now I can’t select the order number anymore, and where are those three boxes gone saying “Order questions”, “Other” ... ? These are key features I liked this plugin for and i’ve already requested a refund once. Are you guys gonna butcher this plugin any further, or am I missing something? Regards

1) Hide WP is not tested, but we think there shouldn’t be any complications

2) Comments – yes this works

3) Chat feature – we use crisp because we have many more plugins than just our totaldesk. The built in chat function is integrated into the plugin. You can see examples from the screenshots here: https://plugins.db-dzine.com/helpdesk/livechat/

I submitted a report of some bugs almost a week ago without any response yet. I resent it yesterday as well. I would greatly appreciate a response on this, as I love your help desk application but it currently has several new bugs with the FAQS system including;

1. Article pages no longer show the HELPDESK WIDGET in left column. Instead these are all using the BLOG sidebar, which doesn’t show any of the FAQ topics. 2. New TOPICS not working on front end site. Shows “nothing found” error. 3. Nested TOPICS no longer showing on front end. This is an example of a TOPIC which contains many SUBTOPICS and articles, but is only showing the articles (for URL examples please email me)

Also of note in my testing I turned off all plugins except yours and WOOCOMM, and also temporarily deleted everything within my custom child functions.php. Your plugin still had the issues.

I would truly appreciate your assistance on this, as I am days from launching our new site and I have put in weeks of adding new topics and FAQs, to have to move to a new one. Thank you.

the purchase code needs to be submitted per ticket.

We will add the wysiwig editor to the new ticket message form in the next update. There were some WP Core updates, that broke this.

Hi, I have installed totaldesk plugin, it shows :- “WordPress Helpdesk requires the Redux Framework Please install or activate it before!”

you can set an order attribute into the my tickets shortcode like this:

[my_tickets order="ASC"]

Default order is DESC. orderby is set to date.

Is not it! When someone creates the first ticket, TotalDesk does not start with the [Ticket: 1] ticket. It starts with ticket [Ticket: 5626] in your plugin. I need you to tell me where I can change to get tickets [Ticket: 1], [Ticket: 2], [Ticket: 2]. It is still in the testing environment, I would change this to put production.

The ticket ID is the ID of the WordPress Core posts.

With this algorythm we match the incoming responses (email, chat, comment) to the correct ticket ID.

You can not change it :(
