The Push notifications are based on Google browser notifications and send instantly. Emails are also send directly.

Our plugin does not support a in depth KI chatbot. YOu should use a 3rd party tool for this.

After adding the plugin it does not show up on brand new wordpress install. Following instructions does not seem to get the same menus as shown in your documentation images. When everything is activated TotalDesk menu does not show up in wordpress. You talk about strand theme but it’s nowhere to be found. Where does one get that?

You can use any 3rd party SEO tool like yoast or rank math to do that. By default these are no index there.
But we want our images to be indexed. Just not the ones for tickets.
Is there option to set different upload folder? So we can exclude it with robots and htaccess?

Yes an agent can transfer the ticket to another agent and admins see all tickets.
Just updated the plugin to find this error, taking down the site: Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ”>= 8.1.0”. I’m running PHP 8.2.27, changing PHP doesn’t fix it, and turning off the plugin gets the site back online.

Hello, I am interested in purchasing this chatbot as a live support option for users when they have a question on our website, to send a form to inquire about services or to link to information on or off the site. I have Open AI/ ChatGPT and so I can use an api BUT I don’t know how to load specific prompts into Open AI to train the chat assistant. So my question is can I insert a library or something of prompts so that the chat assistant knows what to say? For example, I don’t want to the chat to recommend another company or service, only ours. I want it to know what to do and what not to do, so can we use this plugin to add trainings and prompts or must that be done on the openAI side?

Unfortunately our chat is not having a AI training system integrated. You either draft all prompts manually or use an advanced chat 3rd party system.

yes a user can submit a ticket without an account. However for track & trace + Mail notifications a user account will be generated automatically for this reporter.
