I have tried to add a link to a external folder not on my site and the pluggin says no mp3 files in this folder. I know there are mp3s in this folder.

When I delete the player I added, it assigns the ID for the newly created player. How can ID editing be done?

The ID is automatically incremented, you can’t edit it.

Autoplay is blocked by IOS and Android operating systems for both audio & video HTML5 tags.
The only one which can autoplay is the video tag is you set it to mute. But setting an audio tag to mute, for auto-play, makes it redundant.

WordPress has cancel some functions. We’ve updated the product and fixed the problem.
Please download the product again from your account and using a FTP account overwrite the plugin folder in ‘wp-content\plugins’. After this, you can uninstall it.

1. Yes, it can do this. But we recommend you these players which have the option to add them into the footer from player settings:

2. It doesn’t have this option. The only option is to use the ‘Optional Shortcode Parameters’ and load the player with a certain MP3 file, but the file will not be added to an existing playlist, it will be the playlist.

The player doesnt appear anymore on the bottom or right on my website. It happens since i use another theme. The plugin on theme before appear directly on frontpage. You have inserted the very same shortcode twice on your page. Most probably you’ve activated it for footer but you’ve also inserted the shortcode on the page. Remove the shortcode from the page.

The plugin is excellent, it works fine, although I have a problem right now, I want to create playlists from a folder, when I do it they are created successfully, however the files are uploaded with filezilla, when I click on download, this download Is done in a file of short duration, because the link is broken, could help me with this subject please, when I do this by hand from the wordpress administrator is a very long work, and this option is very faborable, although if the download Is not provided, is obsolte, everything would have solution if the plugin puts a symbol, like – to join the names of the songs, thank you very much.
Note: for now I will continue to create playlists by hand, even though my hands can not handle so much work anymore.

Just purchased the product today. Really happy with it but changing the skin name from white controllers to black (or vice versa) has no effect.
I am able to change individual colours in the general settings and save.
Was something changed recently to cause this to stop working? I am using version 2.2 which was only released yesterday – March 16, 2017.
I am sure it is something simple. I am wanting to look like example #2 (index withplaylist blackControllers)
