The reply / comment form will always be applied on the ticket pages regardless if you have set it off or not.
Hi, unfortunately my TotalDesk does not work fine. The support tickets can not be found at their URL. When i want to open a ticket i always will be redirected to “URL not found”-site. My Webite-URL is service.web-skill.de . Best regards til21

I’m having some problems with the translation of the plugin. I use Loco Translate to do that, but a few words aren’t there. To be more specific the line “Created on” and “Back to my tickets”. You can find it in the single tickets page.
I found the PHP file where i can made this translation, but i don’t know if when an update will be release, the changes will be eleminated too.

those strings are normally available for translations. I think you only have to sync the translation template again.
I did that but it doesn’t work, i don’t know why. I sync the translation and nothing. If u want to check it out, i could send you the wp-admin access.

Since I installed the new version: 1 / The list of tickets is no longer centered: impossible to center. 2 / The footer is abnormal on the page “create a ticket”.
Before the new version: 1 / The statutes, types, priorities can not be translated. 2 / It displays all products in all languages

Hi, some of the e-mail tickets go directly into the spam folder. i use a smtp plugin to force e-mail sending with office 365 is there someting extra i have to do to make sure that the ticket e-mail dont get in the spambox ?

the user gets the login details by mail automatically. Just like a normal WP user registration, but instead the user will automatically be put into the role “helpesk_reporter”.

Are you logged in while submitting a ticket? Otherwise the email will be send to the email address you type in the “submit ticket” form.
no. i have gone onto a non logged in browser. created a new ticket. I then get the following Ticket successfully created! You can view it here. We created an account for you – Check your inbox! Their are two tickets in my inbox giving me the ticket message and the status but thats it when i go to users in wp-admin i can see i am a Helpdesk Reporter but i receive no email

Sorry if that wasn’t clear. I meant is it also possible for an admin to open a ticket by sending a message to a registered user. If so, can a message also be sent to a group of users at the same time.
Example: Admin sends message to user and this opens a ticket to which the user can, optionally reply.

1) You can create tickets without having an account. But with an account you can create tickets for your “order” or a product question e.g.
2) The FAQ can stay public of course
3) No Problem
4) Yes we do 
5) All styling does not come from our plugin. It is theme dependent.
