have you activated the “Use Theme Template” option in advanced settings? Then turn it off.
Also: Try saving permalinks again, check the sidebar position in our plugin settings.

you just create 2 pages and place the short idea inside them: [my_tickets] and the form shortcode. You can find shortcodes in our setup guide or in the plugin settings.

you can change names via Loco translate. You can also create a user account for your client, set him as role reporter, and create a ticket for him inside the backend.

1. Any chance to add guest tickets? Means user dont need to register to create a ticket. 2. I need to sync this with my existing users base that is outside wordpress, any api, webservice or system to allow me pass my users info to the plugin so user dont need to re-register and system recoginizes them?

1) Users can submit tickets without being logged in. But an account for the user will automatically be created.
2) Not really related to our plugin. I mean WordPress has an own api to sync users. See here: https://developer.wordpress.org/rest-api/reference/users/

If you can send over FTP wen can update it, but to be update safe, your theme developer should update it

A normal reporter has the my tickets page, where he sees all his tickets. He also gets notified via Email for new updates on his tickets.
