Hi there, How do we enable sidebars/widgets that will be static/fixed as the person scrolls down the page? I don’t want to buy the sidebar addon…I just want it to work like default wordpress sidebars do
Hello, Unfortunately, our standard plugin does not have such a feature. You can however implement this with some custom CSS using position: fixed; property.

I’m using WPBakery Grid Builder to insert the post’s Featured Image. The grid and post are pulling a Featured Image, it’s pulling the previous post’s image and not the current post’s image. Please advise.

Do you know any plugin to wpbakery that can Hide/show rows? with a button? I looeked everywhere and cant find any. I know there is toggle in objects but thats not the style i want. I want a button that will hide/show row-content. Or can I do this in any other way?
Hello, This can be implemented with some custom js coding. The logic will be to add an extra CSS class to the row and then listen to the mouse click event on the button. Once the button is clicked, attach display: none; to the added class. There might be also be a ready-made add-on which might have such a feature: https://vc.wpbakery.com/addons/

We are having the same issue as user alexplex86. Every time we save any changes, we are jumped to the bottom of the page. This started happening about a month ago. I just ran an update on our theme, Lambda, and the issue still persists.

So I did update the plugin…weirdly it was not notifying me to do so.
We are still having an issue saving changes to a row, specifically, settings for background images. Every time we go to select a repeat option, the settings wont save. Half the time the dialog box won’t even close.
We have the latest theme update and Visual Composer installed.
Other Row settings are effected too—inner shadow will not save.
column settings too—seems to be effecting all drop down options.

WP Bakery came with my Lambda theme from Oxygena, so I don’t have a paid support account from WPBakery. I got a suggestion from them to disable all plugins until Visual Composer works correctly again, but we haven’t added anything new in the last few months and this issue is new within the last month.
i have 500 error for weeks cando nothing on my webshop it crash my website
Every time i reinstal the 500 error is gone. Instal the error is back. Im depend of the plugin because my site is build in. Try everything this is terribe.

Dear Rohan, thanks for replay i have already set PHP 256M long time ago. I can nothing do with my site i have no support anymore at wp bakkery and there is no solution to find on the internet. I can not even add new products because weight base shipping no longer appears in the product page. My entire webshop is built with weight base shipping. I can not even put my Christmas products on the web shop.

The plugin have the functionality of unique article in home page?
Hello, You can use post grid element to display an article. We are not sure as to what exactly you mean by unique, but if you want to display a specific post, then you can enter it’s name in narrow data source by selecting list of ids under the data source drop-down.

Hello, Such error is mainly displayed if any deprecated element is used on the page. If you are using any old tab, accordion, tour elements, then you can replace them with the new tab, accordion and tour elements which you can find under add element -> all.

Hello, I have created a template in grid builder with featured image on the left (normal block) and post title on the right (additional block). They display fine in Post Grid but I can’t arrange the width of each block. No matter what I do, they display 50%-50% in width. How can I display the featured image 25% and post title 75%? Thanks.
Hello, In this case, you can control it’s width using CSS code. Add an extra CSS classes to both the blocks and then alter it using width CSS property.

Now I need to make both blocks equal height (title block same height as the featured image block). How can I do it?
Hello, The height will depend upon the amount of content in each of the columns. To change it externally, you can use min-height CSS property for each of the columns.

hi – quick question, I just updated Avada to new version 3.6.1 & I can’t seem to get latest visual composer 5.4.5 working with it—any ideas? (without having you login etc). when I try to edit pages or create new page there’s no visual composer choice, only fusion builder
Hello, Unfortunately, we are not sure about the theme update as it is something which is maintained by the theme author. However, if the theme is using it’s own page builder, then we would suggest checking the same by deactivating it, in-case it causes any conflicts.
