The activate button is the only button on the Slider Overview page that is not functioning. I show zero conflicts in Chrome dev tools. I also saw others recently posting the same thing.

Thats great other than the fact that I just bought the plugin yesterday and it is doing it for me. Is the download that old??? We paid our developer to install this and now we have to pay him to install it again.

We are having some problems using the before & after add-on.
The before after add-on desactivate by itself and we think is beacuse we have a test enviroment with a revolution slider active with the same key.
If that was the reason, how can we have two enviroment (1 test, 2 real) with just one revolution slider activate?

You can install it on the test environment without activating it. Only premium features like Addons and Online Template Library import will be not available. In case this features will be needed on test environment this copy could be temporary activated by deregistering main installation and register it again after testing.
But only one installation can be registered at a time.

We have deregistered our test environvent and now we still have the same problem in live environment. The before after add-on desactivate by itself. What can we do to fix it? Beacuse we have a landing page with this addons and we have to activate manually everytime.

Hi, I have an issue with a slider with a Vimeo video. We get this error: Failed to execute ‘postMessage’ on ‘DOMWindow’: The target origin provided (‘https://player.vimeo.com') does not match the recipient window’s origin.
I found some answers on Google like: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/21230170/failed-to-execute-postmessage-error-from-froogaloop-via-angularjs-directive, but im not sure how to implement this in the slider.
Any ideas?

2. Please check ajax response for error message. It can be done in developer console too. Check Network tab for network activity list.

It looks for: skin/adminhtml/base/default/nwdthemes/revslider/framework/
But the plugin uploads its files to: skin\adminhtml\default\default
1. Please check that you have uploaded all extension files. Try to reupload them.
2. Check that extension files has same permissions as other magento files.
3. If you are using compilation mode – run recompile.
4. disable cache ( System > Cache management ). If you have any 3rd-party cache extensions like full page cache please disable it too.
5. turn off css / js merge ( System > Configuration > Developer )
6. Clear browser cache and check it once again.

Are you using latest version ( 5.4.6.x ) ? If not – try to update. Latest version has some performance improvements.
In the most case not the loading of the plugin, or starting of the plugin is slow but the images, and captions you use in it. Sometimes good image optimisation makes wonder.
Also try to set lazy-load to Single mode. Hi, After installation of your product we run into a couple of problems. when we try to configure the slider in the admin panel we get 3 errors.
ParseError: Unrecognised input in edit_layers.css on line 499, column 28: .rs-layer-nav-settings-tabs.

The last error is also on the page where we include he slider.

I’m having trouble with a video slide on my AM Revolution Slider for Magento 1.9. The short (9 seconds) video on the slide loops endlessly, even though Loop Video set to Disable. I would like the video to play and advance to the next slide. I’ve tried every permutation on the Add Video Form, but any setting that allows autoplay also causes the video to loop endlessly.

1. Unfortunately there is no such option at the moment. Currently you can show different slides for different store views. I’ll go ahead and add it to the official request list so it can get reviewed for a future update by our development team.
2. It is better to insert code into layout xml or use widget method ( CMS > Widgets )

Any idea when this feature might be included (#1)? How often do you guys update or push updates like this? I’d really like to implement an upgraded slider, but this feature is key for us unfortunately. Thank you!
Also, do you know if there are any workarounds to implement something like this? For example, show two different sliders on the same url based on customer group, or alternatively, to not load the slider for a customer group, but load the slider when logged in?

About sliders customer permissions feature — we are planning to add it to the next 5.4.6.3 release. It is planned to be released on CodeCanyon next week.
Currently using Version 5.4.6.2 but I’m having problem installing new templates. It just hangs for every without doing anything other than the gif spinning.
I have tried to revert to the default template but that hasn’t worked.
I have the minimum recommended system requirements for memory limits ect.

There should be an error during install that stops ajax server side request from processing. Can you please see response of last request in browser console and tell if there is an error there. This will help to solve this problem. Also you can check php error log and Magento system and exception logs in /var/log to see is there something related there.
No errors at all, just hangs indefinitely. I can’t see any errors in the Chrome console. I’ve enabled logs in global settings but no errors in var/log.
The only thing I can see, when I try to install a template there is a red x in the top right corner that disappears!
Is there a way to download and upload templates manually
(I don’t have any problems installing add-ons).

Now you can apply fix by replacing two occurrences of
”\Nwdthemes\Revslider\Block\Widget\Revslider”
with corrected class name
“Nwdthemes\Revslider\Block\Widget\Revslider”
in this xml file:
app/code/Nwdthemes/Revslider/etc/widget.xml
Note that there could be problems with already added slider widget instances so they have to be re-added to pull correct config.

This error comes after this JSON resource failed to load: /pub/static/frontend/Mgs/mgsblank/en_US/js-translation.json
So it redirected to 404 not found page and tried to decode 404 page content html as JSON. That lead to this error as it was not valid JSON.
Not sure if it is related to our module. Looks more like Mgs/mgsblank theme is missing this resource or it was not deployed with static content.

Just to make sure please confirm Add-On was activated after installing on Add-On’s page. And Whiteboard Add-On enabled for this slider in Slider Settings. Also you can try to check by importing Whiteboard template from template library that is already configured.

Looks like cURL module is having problem with accessing Magento connect. Not sure if it related to our module. It is mentioned there as it have slider block caching tag. Please see server logs and settings – maybe firewall is blocking this cURL request.

We changed the domain will it make this issue?
Yes, there is possible issues when switching domain url.
To solve it you can use url replace feature in Slider Settings page > Import / Export / Replace section > Replace URL tab.
Enter old and new urls there and check Replace All checkbox to replace urls in all sliders and click Replace URL button.
when i click to slide editor the page is empty
This option is located on Slider Settings page, not on Slide Editor. Or this page is not loading as well?
Also empty page rendering means that some error occurred while generating it. Please check php error_log and Magento system and exception logs in /var/log for recent errors after you have opened Slide Editor.
Let us know what you find there. It will help to assist you with the solution.

Can you please check in your database table nwdthemes_revslider_options. See there should be the record with ‘handle’ field equal to ‘rs_obj_favorites’ Check what is value of ‘option’ field for it. If there is a broken or incomplete serialized data it can cause such an error. Removing this record will fix it in this case. Actually this should not happen there. Let us know what did you find there so we can fix it in our app too.
