Mobile devices don’t allow autoplay unfortunately. This is a normal Mobile Device Producer protection to save bandwidth and battery lifetime. There is nothing we, or anybody can do against it. But the moment this restriction is lifted, we’ll be on the case!

Try to update to the latest version. It should fix the issue.

• disable cache ( System > Cache management )
• turn off css / js merge ( System > Configuration > Developer )
• disable compilation ( System > Tools > Compilation ) if you are using it
• copy files from latest package over the existing files
• log out and login again to admin
• clear browser cache

Thank you, but unfortunately I had already updated to the latest version without any success at fixing the issue. I also do not see any JavaScript errors related to the script when opening either. Any other ideas? I can provide login to take a look if easier. Thank you

Sounds like your SSL Certificate is outdated and/or the Plugin is older than 5.2 ? Please make sure you have a valid certificate and you updated the plugin to the latest available version. Actual version available on Codecanyon is 5.4.6.2.1.

According to developer console you are using some scripts that utilize document.write function which is not good. For users on slow connections, external scripts dynamically injected via document.write() can delay the display of main page content.

Try to enable slider init delay and set it to 1 second ( 1000ms ) to run it a bit later. You can try to increase this value if is not working for you. Check screenshot for details- http://prntscr.com/h1wwdv

You can install it on the test environment without activating it. Only premium features like Addons and Online Template Library import will be not available. In case this features will be needed on test environment this copy could be temporary activated by deregistering main installation and register it again after testing.

This styles could be edited in Global Styles dialog accessible from Edit Slide page. You can replace protocol with https:// or just // or just remove those lines as an option. In next versions Global Styles will become deprecated and will be removed from app later.

Not sure about max height as there is no such option. We have min height option in slider settings to set minimal height for sliders when resized. Guess to solve problem with cutting off on different layout sizes turning slider setting option Aspect Ratio to On should solve this. As this will keep aspect ratio you have set for related layout size.

About slider failed to showing some time this could be problem with javascript code executing before slider initialized. I see you have some optimizing extension that moves all javascript code to the bottom with minifying it. Have you tried to disable this option to see if it helps with slide issue.
