Hello there, I have all elements (title, comments, thumb, etc.) but no video inside posts. displays shortcode for vimeo and nothing for youtube. I need your help
I did a bit of investigation. Here’s the result: When you combine this with auto spinner for spinrewriter implementation, chances that this plugin put the video shortcode in a wrong place at the backend is high. Depending on your layout this might work otherwise you need to disable autospinner (to remove post-like places at the backend) and all works again.

If this issue only happens when rewriting using spinRewriter, you will need to deactivate all of these options
The problem of having these options active arise with content that has Html layout when spinRewriter decides to switch parts positions or remove other parts.
If you have deactivated all these options and still have any issue, Please open a support ticket and provide detailed information to check it together.

You should add a correct TheBestSpinner account username and password to the settings page and also activate the option to spin the content at the plugin page
If you already did that, check the log page of the plugin and if there were any error spinning, it will be reported. or success if succeeded.

Hello! First: thanks for this great plugin, it works perfectly in a lot of cases. I have a question: I try to extract parts of full content and the problem is I can’t get some image to generate featured image (I extract an iframe which play a video). A strange thing is if I just extract the div which contains the featured image, it works: the post is generated with a featured image. If I add the iframe extraction, I can just extract the iframe and the div which contains the featured image is ignored. So is it possible that the fact I try to extract an iframe could be the trouble? An other question: does the textarea to add random featured image can accept regex or xpath? If it doesn’t, it could be a perfect solution to solve my problem: I get the featured image without problem if I add the full url of it in this textarea, so if a regex could be added in it, I think it could be a good improvment.

To finsih: when I speak of a regex, I speak of a regex on the full content, so for example the way I see is a regex to extract part (or simply url) of the full content, so a shortcode [full_content] in a regex.

Yes, that’s what I do, but when I try to get both I can’t get the image. If I extract just the iframe, or just the image, it works, but it doesn’t work for both in the same time. Strange isn’t it?
If I try it with the real example, I may get the full picture
How does “extract content using visual selector” work? can you please shed some light on this? I was not sure whether the selection was asking me to insert a css class/id or a full url. I w=assumed not because there is already an option to extract content using css class/id in the drop down.

I downloaded the new update (installable files only) form codecanyon and attempted to reinstall it over the existing version on my website but got an error…”Destination folder already exists. Plugin install failed.”Do we have to uninstall the previous version and reinstall? Please kindly provide clear instructions or documentation to avoid this type of avoidable user errors.
I googled online for your documentation and no mention of how to upgrade 9only fresh installs0 in that material as well.
