Hi. I have bought this plugin by another account. If we set visible settings for users that already logged in, and use wordpress login system, when users that not logged in wants to see the page that have a chat shortcode, automatically redirect to wordpress login page. And if your theme has a own login form, like woocoomerce login form, redirection continue and continue to infinite. Are you test this AWESOME ACTION Before????

Just put chat shortcode in footer section and see what happen. I do this to make chat visible in all pages.
I have just purchased the support board for wordpress and find that it does not work right out of the box like you described.

Hi, you can not integrate it to mailchump directly but you can get the user email in 2 ways:
1. Ask registration for start the chat. 2. With the follow-up message you can ask user email.

Hello, my site is still a development site. I’ve integrated your plugin to slack on a channel called #livechat and tested the chat works, which as expected opens a new channel per user. I then purchased 1000 messages from you and carried on working on other areas of the site. In that time my team have been using the normal #general channel to discuss projects, then today we received a notification in the #general channel to say our credits are running out. This is just in slack messaging on a channel that is not integrated with your plugin, so why is it using our purchased credits?
Update: This out of credits notification appears on all channels. It seems any message on any channel in slack is using our purchased credits. No wonder the free 200 got used so quickly.

I’m sorry for the problem. I resetted your credits counter to 0 so you now have other 1000 messages. I will investigate the issue but for now I advice you to use a dedicated Slack account for the chat.

I don’t understand the Slack question. The chat should be already in english, it’s the default language. But if your site use another language also the chat will use that. All languages are managed by the core functions of WordPress.

Hi, I have updated to new v1.2.1 and it has made nothing load. I have debugged and cannot find any errors. None of the shortcodes load anything, it is just blank. I also got JSON error about tickets and deleted them. I cleared all caches, disabled minify/combines, and anything else that would possibly interfere. Any idea how to fix? Thanks

If you have different websites for other clients you should buy 1 license for domain. You need to install the plugin into every website. The admin is different and dedicated for every website. With Slack integration you can unify all the support conversation into the same Slack account.

If the website is only 1, yes you can in all the pages. If different websites / domains you can’t.

I seem to be having an issue with the Slack Integration. We connect the plugin to slack, select a channel and input the key and channel ID. We seem to receive messages in Slack, but not on the chosen channel. It creates a new channel for that user. Then when we reply to the message, it does not appear on the website.

Ok that seems to be working now. I get a new channel for the chat and I can respond which appears on the chat app. However the guest channel did not appear for my business partner in their Slack app, why could this be?
The conversation can not be processed JSON parser error. The common cause is due to a special char into the conversation. Delete all the tickets for fix the problem, all your tickets will be deleted. Delete all tickets CONVERSATION RAW TEXT 下午8:46:17”,user_id 883999”}]}]
