Ok, please try this: delete the plugin, download latest version and install it. Clear the browser cache and check again. If error persist click the delete all tickets button and the error should not appear again. Thanks

The core wp files are not found for some reason, edit the path like
include(../../../../../../wp-load.php)
with
include(../../../../../wp-load.php)

Not tested but found a similar issue, you must be sure to allow direct PHP execution of the PHP files. Anyway the JSON error is not related to this, click Delete all the tickets
