When I select option one they didn’t hide the company fields.

How can I do so that your form does not send the forms with “blank spaces”?

I am using this plugin for my client who have bought it, everything is fine and works great, but it would be good if you can add a feature of adding tabindex=”1” in the fields, at the moment i am inserting the attributes, but this field is not available on captcha and submit button, also please add a reset button.

Hi, i have an important question. (My first question here)

How i can add a field name / value in the subject of the mail? We want to use this for a ticket system, and the client number is needed in the subject for automatically process. I tried it with the variables of “[form_control_clientnumber], [form_clientnumber] and only [clientnumber]. But the subject of the mail will show exactly this in brackets, not the values from the form.

Please, can you help me? I think its an important question also for others.

Can you add the ability to re-order the drop-down sections? There’s no way to add a new item at the top without having to redo the whole list entries again

Plugin is too buggy! Fields set to clear when submit a form! Conditional does not working probably! and also can only show and hide elements! not options.

Just updated from 2.0 to 2.1.2 and my forms broke – conditional logic now broken, date picker now broken and no emails are going through. Seems like every other update breaks something, and then another update fixes it…

DHVS does not show you when it needs an update (no WordPress red flag at plugins). This can be a security issue, especially for a plugin handling forms.
