Hello. I am interested in this. Before we buy, can you confirm this scenario is possible:
When customer adds product to cart, we want a pop-up with another product at a discounted rate. But to get that discounted rate they have to purchase the both. Make sense?
1. Product 1 is added to cart. 2. Pop-up with special rate on Product 2. 3. Customer has to checkout with Product 1 and 2 to get discount.
Let me know as we are in need of this asap.
Hello vastdesign, I’m sorry that will be not possible. It sounds like the cross-sell (sell a combo with a lower price than 2 single products). But we put the cross-sell pop-up in the corner of single product pages (not Add to Cart button). In the Add to Cart button we put Up-Sell products pop-up (which make more profit than the product customers are going to buy). Please consider if this can fit what you want. Thank you
Hi. I have a pre-purchase questions.
I am setting up the following promotions in the cart (either as a popup or in line with content):
1. A product with a discounted price – to any order 2. Discounted product bundle for a specific day of the week (monday one deal, tuesday a different deal, etc…) – if order has a specific product in cart. 3. Discounted product – if order has a specific product in cart.
For the second deal, I know I can select days in which this is available, so in the worst case scenario, I could select a particular start and end day to be next monday, then second rule for next monday and so on. I know it is a lot of work, but at least that is how I see this being solved.
Please let me know if I can accomplish this with your plugin and if not, which one I can and which one I cannot. I am trying to get all of these done in a popup for a clean solution.
I use an Uncode theme. Will this be compatible with it? Will the CSS be taken from the theme?

Hello MMirski 1. You can use the discount bar function, to give a coupon to any order. 2. You will have to set up the bundle every day. It’s the cross-sell function, the plugin will display a pop-up with a bundle product which include the selected product. 3. I’m not really clear about this. If a customer has a product A in the cart they can buy a product B with a discounted price? The plugin is compatible with WooCommerce, the theme doesn’t matter.

1. Regarding the question one, I do not want to use a coupon. All promotions need to be done in a popup.
The project we are creating is for a restaurant, so if someone purchases some food, we want to offer them a specific drink at a discounted price. So, if I create a cross sell, can I offer that with a discounted price, using a product which already is in the system or do I have to create a coupon?
2. The specific case here is that if there is a Product A in cart, we want to add Product B & C with a combined price of X. Can this be done as an upsell?
3. Same as 2 but with only one product.
Sorry for the confusion, just need to get more clarification.
Since the plugin works with woocommerce, does that mean that the popup will inherit the CSS? For example the buttons styles, Rollover effect on the images, etc…. Will those be exactly the same as in the theme (which includes some woocommerce modifications)?

Hello Marcin, 1. Yeah, you can do that without a coupon. You will need to create bundle products. Example: Product A this the drink you want to offer to every other product B, C, D… then you will need to create bundle product B2, C2, D2 which include products B, C, D and the drink A with the discounted price that you want. The pop-ups with bundle products B2, C2, D2 will appear on product page of product B, C, D 2. The up-sell pop-up works like, if customer click “Add to cart” a product A. A pop-up will display a product A2 that have a higher price or make more profit. Customers add to cart a $5 drink then up-sell will suggest them a $10 drink. That how up-sell works. I don’t think up-sell will fit what you ask for but cross-sell. But cross-sell pop up will display on single product pages. 3. Cross-sell with bundle products which include 2 single products. Hope this help.
hmm, so the cross sell will not show up in the popup which is generated by clicking Add to Cart button, correct? Unfortunately, that is what I need. 
Yes. By clicking “Add to cart” button, Up-sell pop-up will appear, not cross-sell 
The cross-sell pop-up will display in the conners of product page.
I installed your free plugin. Does what I want, if I buy can I randomize the upsells? Or do I have to insert them one by one?

Thank you for your question. Upsells you can use Sync feature that will get products from WooCommerce product or turn on show product from the same category. You don’t need insert.

The coupon discount progress bar isn’t working with Flatsome. When I switch the theme to Twenty Fifteen it works, so it is a theme issue. Please issue refund.

I want to use your plugin to allow people to add extra golf balls or extra golf tees to their gift box before they checkout.
However I don’t want these single products to be available to buy on their own in the store (I just want the store to include the gift boxes themselves). Can I use your plugin to allow customers to add extra balls or other products without those same products being available in the store as a single product?
Hello SamCollister, If you are using WooCommerce, you can add golf balls and golf tees as private product so it will not be showed on product page. Then you use our plugin to add golf balls and golf tees as cross-sell product with the products you are selling. You have options to enable the plugin only on checkout page. You can set a higher price for the combo or just set the price same as the single product the customer is going to buy. I think by that way the plugin will work in the way you want it to work. Yes. You can change the text the plugin display in set up. But please take note costumer can not add items to the bundle product. They only can choose the bundle product. Bundle products is set up by you.

I just checked out the free version. And the plugin has potential. But it also has a few flaws.
1. It would be allot better when there is a button with “Add to Cart” text underneath the product image, name and price. Instead of the popup icon that now appears when your mouse pointer is over the image. I would like to have a dedicated add to cart button always visible. And I would like to make this button any color I want.
2. When I add a product form the popup to my cart the popup disappears instead of showing me I added the product to my cart. And I would like for the popup to stay so customers can add more than one product from the popup to their cart.
We sell cartridges for printers. So when a customer adds the black, I would like to use the popup to show the cyan, magenta and yellow and even the complete set. So they can make their order complete within the popup. So they do not have to go looking for the other colors on the site.
I would buy the Pro version of the plugin when these 2 problems are resolved.

If I use Add to cart button visible at the same time display price and title as now,it will occupy a lot of popup space and will not be displayed on a small screen(1366px or lower). - Your second issue, the popup always show when you add a product to cart (in Pro version).

I think you do not understand my second point. Because I believe you are using the pro version on your demo site right? And it’s the demo site that shows this problem.
Example: Customer adds product A, he gets the popup with shows products B, C and D. Now the customers adds product B from the popup to his cart. But now the popup disappears and the customer is send back to the product page of product A. This make no sense. What if the customer wants to also add products C and D from the popup after he already added product B from the popup. And inside the popup the customer can go direct to the checkout page. But when the customer adds one product from the popup he is send back to the first product page. It makes no sense!

Hi, I have some pre-sale question.
Q1 – Can we set discount for the product that we wanted to upsell/cross-sell? Not creating a bundle, just wanna upsell product that we wanted to clear with discount.
Q2 – If the customer selected Product A that we up selling then the Product A will not pop up as upsell anymore due to it has a discount associated with the product? This was due to the Product A is still selling at the full price at the store, we only want up sell upon customer check-out.

1. The discount system is working based on WooCommerce system so they have options for each option. And Product Bundle only is created when you create product cross-sells and it defaults hidden (not display on catalog page).
2. I do not really know what you mean but I will explain like this: If product A up-sell product B(not reverse), when the customer adds product A, the product will show product B on popup but when you add product B to cart, the popup will not show anything.
Up-sells product can’t display on check-out page (only cross-sells product). I think you are confused between the cross-sells and up-sells in our plugin

Hi, I have a pre-sale question:
When a customer puts product 1 in the cart, we want to suggest them to buy product 2 which is offered for a lower price – this price ONLY counts if the customer buys product 1. (Product 2 is also available separately in the webshop for the full price).
Product 2 doesn’t have to be added to the cart automatically, but it would be nice to have – for example – a pop-up window in the cart page that suggests to buy product 2 as well; would that be possible?

Our plugin has cross-sells feature. This means you can create bundle product include product 1 vs product 2. When the customer buys product 1 and goes to cart page. It will show gift box to click to show popup for this product bundle with price lower total price of product 1 + product 2. This is awesome feature, purchase and tries it.
