I asked you how I can increase the number of images and videos listing publishers can upload and you said Hello, you have to change the type of ‘images_number’ column in wp_w2dc_levels database table to int(11). The best way is to do this in PhpMyAdmin.

I’m not sure how to do this in phpadmin or how I should edit the file in my file manager? Which file is it that I need to edit? If you could just give a bit more detail that would be great thanks

Hi, I have just done a dummy listing and it is now expired (in an incognito window) and when i try to upgrade it had an error saying you are not able to manage this listing. My real listings expire tomorrow and i dont think they are going to be able to renew and I’m not sure what I have done wrong. thanks for your help.

Hello, This is more of a feature request / suggestion, not really an issue. In looking at the expiration notifications, I see that it will send a renewal link in the expiration notification email with the [link] shortcode.

However, it would be nice if the pre-expiration notification email could also include that renewal link for them to renew prior to their listing expiration. I tried putting the shortcode in the notification but it comes through as text.

In our testing, the renewal links work whether the listing is expired or not and the renewal date is set to the original date, not the date they renew so they aren’t losing any time either.

So no functionality would have to be changed to get early renewal to work, it would just be nice to have that link sent to them in the pre-expiration notification with the [link] shortcode so they don’t have any interruption in their listing being displayed on the site.

hi, i know support for this item has expired by i just activated it in these last days… i have these problems with your plugin, i’m adding listings from the admin side: 1) images don’t always load correctly.. and in that case, when i choose one from the library it doesn’t appear in the listing and gets deleted even from the library. 2) editing text in a listing could cause the same problem above.. looses image and image gets deleted even from the media library..

i installed latest version but still happens

What sizes do the logo images need to be for them not to be cut off on grid view/list view? I have tried changing all the settings and the height of the images, and every one still gets cut off… I’ve tried aspect ratio, width, etc. Any ideas?

Is it possible to upload multiple images for a single listing? Right now I can only upload one, and I would like to upload for a single listing’s gallery.

Hi – A week ago images loaded within a listing for the webdirectory 2.0 plug in are now only showing 1 image on a single listing, it isn’t scrolling and the only way to see the other images is by opening to the shadow box where you can see all images listed. This has affected all listings, including ones already loaded plus old ones, and in looking through all the settings and testing things I can’t get it to display all images on a rotating basis. Is this a current bug?

BUG REPORT – Yoast advanced variable custom field output for meta titles not working

Noticed with your recent plugin update that your plugin is now more compatible with Yoast SEO—meta noindex toggles, etc. now work with directory listings. Awesome stuff!

One feature however that is still not working is Yoast custom field output for meta titles, etc. For example, following Yoast documentation (https://kb.yoast.com/kb/yoast-wordpress-seo-titles-metas-template-variables/), %cf__address_line_1 % should display a directory listings address in the meta title tag, etc.

Any ideas? Will this be fixed in a future update? This is pretty crucial for SEO. Other than this, your plugin now works pretty much flawless with Yoast!

I have a client that has this plugin but they have Version 1.11.5; how do I update the plugin without breaking the correct website or losing any data?

I learned that, when using the shortcode webdirectory_map with the attributes

these attributes wont do anything. Both buttons will still be rendered.

After checking the code I found the reason for it in following file:

line 307 ff.

I changed the code from

$show_summary_button = true;
$show_readmore_button = true;

to this:

if($this->args['show_summary_button'] == 0){
    $show_summary_button = false;
} else {
    $show_summary_button = true;
}

if($this->args['show_readmore_button'] == 0){
    $show_readmore_button = false;
} else {
    $show_readmore_button = true;
}

I will now also check, how to enable the gui in visual composer for this shortcode attribute.

Not sure why these attributes are disabled for directory custom homepage…

Is there a possibility to run a geolocating for all listing or all listings within a location category, after importing?

Problem is that somehow not all of the imported listings were gelocated correctly, and thus these listings do not show up within the map in frontend.

I would like to avoid having to manually edit each and every single one of those 700-something listings to be able to get the geolocating correctly done.

Maybe you could implement a button or something like that in the directory listings admin view
