After installing your multisite plugin on our staging site the entire backend of woocommerce stopped working – is there a reported issue? a fix?
Upon installing multisite plug-in backend should not stop working. We suspect there must be other plug-in or theme conflicting with report plug-in as this plug-in is working well with number of customers.

When you select a particular store in the filter and do a search, the report displays data for all stores. For example, filter by store X, but in the report appears number of orders and sales of all stores of the network (WPMU). How do I solve this?

After 18 days and some emails, nothing concrete. Support pretty bad. We’re trying to work it out on our own.
Thank you for mentioning us a bad support, we have replied to all of your mails in many cases within 4-6hrs or earlier, there were almost 6-8 mails exchange during this period, mostly it seems your multi site setup related concern as the site is not working as standard multi site setup, in last mail we did offered to talk over phone to help us understand how multi site has been setup but you denied call because of unable to discuss this in English hence we were unable to provide any support further
We probably have spent around 6-8hrs on this so far reviewing your setup and exploring the root cause
We have tried to help as much as we can however there is concern related to your multi site settings, setup and not related to plugin

How do I delete the main site (WPMU) from my reports? The main site does not have woocommerce since it is not a store, but appears in the reports.

It says “Top Countries” for reporting. We mainly sell in the US. Can we identify top states?

I am interested to buy this product … I have 5 separate website running on Woocommerce .. all in different language and currency.
The same product with the same SKU will have different currency so it will report in different currency?
Its complement looks pretty good, however I had the doubt if it is possible to export the detailed report and summary of all the sites, by categories, by clients etc, since it only shows a summary view, I do not know if you have the option to export with more detail in csv

I have purchase this plugin and installed it on my multi site network and its working good , But i have one issue – I have created one custom field in orders section – But that fields data is not displayed in your extension .
That custom field data is also displayed in order grid and general report as well , but only its not working with this plugin

We will need to customize our report for adding custom fields. as our report is showing only showing summaries. please let us know on which report you want to add custom field.

I just bought your Plugin “Wordpress Multi-site Reports”. There are not many plugins to generate multi-site sales report and your plugin works great so far. Our client asked for an automatic sales reports that is sent to him by mail every sunday night.
Is there any way to get the sales report and send it automatically by mail? Maybe with a cron job?
