that might happen if user visits on your form page and then keep submiting multiple records without leaving the website. in that case visit count will be lower then entry count.

1) For first requirement, its mostly possible in ARforms however it need customization in thank you page to show transaction number.

and product listing too can be achieved in simple manner not like cart.

you need to purchase ARForms and User Signup addon for this. on top of that customization is needed so, not an easy way.

There is no such known issue, so, it should be your case specific issue. As your support period is expired so, i would suggest get support extension and open support ticket so, we can check. btw, you can also wait for few weeks as we are soon launching our next release which may fix your issue automatically as we have made huge changes.

thanks, no problem. i have put the conditional question on another page and that’s fixed my problem. also i need to ask if it’s possible to limit the registration when it reach a certain number of entries? i’m currently using this form to book an event. let’s say after 20 entries in a certain form- it’s automatically tells the user that the event is fully booked. is that possible?

yes sir we are trying very hard to get new version released, if you are interested in participating beta then we are happy to give access in short time.

however, let me also tell you that the issue you are pointing is not actually any bug or something if you have very large form and if you do not have enough server resources then its very obvious that no fancy form builder can work for you. Although fortunately our next version is much faster to handle it. truely fast in loading. so, it will make big difference.

for refund request. if you still need refunds then kindly open refund request at envato, we issue refunds on case by case basis.

The issue is not with server resources as have tested this locally on a wamp server and is still remarkably slow. If you use a pop-up with the form it is even longer.

Would it not be better to release the quicker code sooner that later ?

The reason I used this plugin was to give the client an easier path to make changes instead of custom coding the form.

Due to the delay in the promised release. I now have to manually code the form for the client.

i do not agree with you. As more then 4000 copies been sold of arforms and believe me some customers have even created 200 fields forms. so, i believe issue is not that big how you are trying to show it. I can understand that to make your point fair you might be writing it.

And we had given you rough estimation of when next version would come out never told you that promised release. Its huge update so, not possible to release it without fully testing just because you are in hurry.

ARforms comes inbuilt responsive for all forms even including multi step forms and its not just from recent past but its from the beginning of arforms. I am not sure which form you are referring from demo. please provide some more details like which form you have checked?.
