Hi Guys, I’m using the the vc video shortcode (video player – self hosted). Is there a way to show the control bar (with play/pause and so on) from beginning. I have to do a right click on the video, then I can check to show the bar. But I’d like to have it visible already when the site with video opens. Is there a way? Thanks!
Hello, The self hosted video player is not our standard element. Our standard plugin only supports the video from third party services like youtube, vimeo, etc. This element at your end might be added by the theme author or a third party add-on.

My support has expired. However you should know that there seems to be an issue w/ using Let’s Encrypt SSL and Visual Composer. When I turn it off everything in the site works fine. When I turn it on, I disabled VC and Wordpress works normal, w/ VC enabled, there are just issues in every direction, frontend and backend. I’m using version 5.2.1.

I’m unable to activate my license. When I attempt to disable my other visual composer it says that “License can’t be deactivated while still in use.”. However I’m unable to determine how to disable it. Note I cannot disable it from my current site until i’ve setup the new replacement site (same domain).

Hello, The frontend editor by default is in activated state. If it is disabled by the theme author, then you can get in touch with him and get rid of the code used to disable it: vc_disable_frontend from the theme to get it back.

Why do the Tabs convert to accordion when browsed on mobile?

Hello, I am afraid, we currently do not have plan to change this as the accordions are easier to use on smaller screens as they have wider interface. However we do have many third party add-ons: https://vc.wpbakery.com/addons/ which might have such a feature as many of them have their own tab elements.

Hello, The translation strings are present in the locale folder. The spanish file name is: js_composer-es_ES. However, we would not recommend making a change to the core plugin files as it will be lost upon an update.

we are facing an issue in edit textblock with tinymce width of textarea is not proper
every time we have to click on “Design Options” and then again on “General” this corrects the issue but only for short as any change again changes the width.
addition to this when width is more than pop area no scroll bar are show..
Please help as this make our work more dificult..

In the actual version VS Post Grid, Media Grid etc are not SEO friendly because the code is loaded by JavaScript and is not in the HTML markup. Can you provide a SEO friendly version of Post and Media Grid? So VC would be the best composer what I know
