Hello, The plugin which comes with the theme does not have a license of it’s own. To activate the license and to avail auto-updates, you should purchase the plugin directly through us.

Have you seen that the latest yoast seo totally breaks VC on the back end? When you save a post, even quick edit in the list you end up with a corrupted mess of shortcodes. The front end seems fine.

Hello, the problem is that Envato API sometimes struggles to provide new licenses on time, we are communicating with Envato to resolve it. What you need to do right now is to log out from support.wpbakery.com and Envato. Then log in once again and you will see your license listed and will be able to activate your copy.

Hi,
I created some design in a page ( http://www.fi.webdirectors.me.uk/quick/ )through visual composer and then copied that code and pasted in widget area to show on different pages.
It is showing the sidebar correctly on the actual page on which the design was created that is: http://www.fi.webdirectors.me.uk/quick/ but on other pages it is showing content but it is not showing the full row and column colors, paddings and margins styles etc. http://www.fi.webdirectors.me.uk/about-us/Thanks
Hello, The issue is because the design options such as background, margin, padding, etc. are specific to the page where they are added and hence does not render via other pages.

Hi there, I’ve got a problem with the screen size. I’ve been using my laptop to build a website with visual composer and everything works fine. But when my client uses his desktop computer (which is with a larger screen) to view the site, there’s some blank areas on two sides. (like in the pic) I’ve tried everything such as stretch row optionand disabling responsive content element. Nothing works. Can I know how to solve this? Thanks!

Hello, Our standard google map element uses the standard embed code from google map API. It does not have a localisation functionality. However, we do have many third party add-ons: https://vc.wpbakery.com/addons/ which might have such a functionality as many of them have their own google map elements. Do make sure that you re-confirm the same with the respective add-on author, before making any purchase.

Hi, I purchased this plugin license thinking that I needed it for Visual Composer to be updated on my website. It turned out that it came with the theme that I had installed on my site and I just needed to update the theme. Can I get a refund?

Please note: If your copy of the Visual Composer was bundled in a WordPress theme you will loose access to our direct (free and instant) updates. And as a result, you will have to wait while your theme author updates the theme.

I just paid and renewed support but it will not allow me to enter a support ticket, saying I need to renew support, thus the capability to select the product in my support ticket form is not there, and does not allow me. Very frustrating after already putting out the money for the support. My purchase of support gave me confirmation email and everything, what is going on, also how can I get support??
Update: I was finally able to submit a ticket, but it is saying to confirm support through a link in an email There seems to be no link however

Hi. We have the Visual Composer plugin through the “Impreza” theme. How can I build a page using a grid builder, with the latest, current version of VC? Why did you deactivate some components of VC regarding posts, as being deprecated? We also saw that also “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” don’t had these options, anymore..
Hello, Most likely the elements at your end are disabled by the theme author using: vc_remove_element. You can check our standard elements/functionality by creating an online demo here: https://vc.wpbakery.com/try/ As you got Visual Composer within a theme, you will need to contact your theme author for support or use Visual Composer support at support.wpbakery.com (You will require a direct license for Visual Composer support access).

Hello,
Our website will be in 2 languages: English (main) and Hebrew. We shall be using WPML plugins for translation.
We would like to purchase the licence for the VC plugin.
However, before we do that – could you please VERIFY that the Section ID in the Accordions (which would be text based in our case), can be translated to Hebrew via WPML?
We have seen this issue with others – Accordion Section ID appears in the English URL (with a hashtag), but in the translated URL, it would still appear in English.
We need to know if this issue can be easily and viably solved.

Hello, The accordion id is a unique id attached to the accordion section and hence it cannot be translated as one accordion section can only have one id attached to it.

I downloaded the latest (?) update last night which should have been 5.2.1 but after activating still shows version 5.2. Also the original problem that started yesterday morning where the drop downs in the text element is “still” hidden behind the main popup window. Its like I still have version 5.2 running. I deactivated and deleted my version 5.2 before installing the new version.
