Hi, when I check the responsiveness in a browser, it does NOT resize. I see lots of other customers are also confused. I suspect this is why. It seems like you’re lying to us, and we can’t TRULY find out until we purchase. I reccomend you update the demos.

For every potential buyer who uses Magento 2. All examples that are shown are for Magento 1. When you use Magento 2 you will get another design for inner content. Only the header and footer are the same. This will give the email a whole other look and feel then you would expect. Would be nice if they would show both examples of Magento 1 and 2 so you can see what you buy.
Yes, examples from Magento 1.9.x.x are from Magento 1. It shows the version number. For example (THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER FROM MAGENTO 1.9.3.1.) in this case is the example from Magento 1.
When you will use Magento 2 you will NOT get another design. The designs stays. It is the same. The text on the order email is different. Of course. The email template gets text from your magento installation. If you will use magento in Dutch – I hope you dont want get the email in english…. it would be a bit weird. The end. Ask for a refund. Thank you for your answer. I was not really talking about differences in language. I am going to copy some styles from your magento 1 template because I like the presentation of the greeting box beneath the header and the order number that is centered better then the one in magento 2. Do you maybe have an example of template Cube for magento 2?

It’s fixed now, but the subject won’t change… I did go the System > Manage mail templates > I added a “New order” template and changed the subject to this: {{var store.getFrontendName()}}: Nieuwe bestelling # {{var order.increment_id}} But it still says New Order in the subject when I receive the e-mail.
The email you are talking about is attached? It is not enough to customize the emails.
Yes, I did load the content of the original mail template when making a new one.
Okay… Stupid on my side. I didn’t choose the right template at the new template for order email section… It’s working

hi, Those themes you have which are 600px wide are not responsive. and those who you have max-width 480px are too narrow when looking from screens that are larger than ipad. Do you have responsive themes too or plan to make them? When I say responsive I mean the real responsive, not just 480px for all screens.

Nevermind! I found out why I cant find it!!
The reason is because the file items.phtml is not a part of email templates. It was a part of old version.

Is this an extension for magento with backend for configuration or just the code that we are buying? Does this package include all email templates (like new account, order shipped…) or just the new order template? and for the pictures to appear in emails, how does this work, do i need to modify code for this to work?

It includes all emails (new order, invoice, new account etc.). The second part, this is not a module. I am selling email templates – email templates for magento. It is like a template for your web.
You need to communicate much more clear that your email builder is not part of the product. I bought the template package just because I liked your drag and drop builder.
Now we have to pay more than double the price of the template package in order to be able to use it. First, don’t put it on the product page for another product and second if feel that you absolutely have to promote another product on your package than making a big red bold sign that says this is not part of the product.
This is confusing and frustrating since my client doesn’t want to pay extra and for this reason, I have built the emails manually. On top of that, I thought that after the installation of the email themes the emails are looking like the demo but this is not the case. It’s just the styling and I have to put all the variables in myself. This is time-consuming and annoying.
