Hi There, I have been having trouble with my website sending email notifications and noticed today I received a email saying Mail Delivery Subsystem address not found fa_1030837807003036@facebook.com by the system. I’m not saying the website is hacked but just wondering if I could overwrite all the files by using the full package just incase any files have been modified, would this be ok to do and what files should I not overwrite, I guess config. Thanks for your help.

When a user login in using FB, sometimes FB doesn’t send us the user email in the API call back.
So we create a temp email, fb_FBID@facebook.com
The user should change this email from Settings > General Settings to be able to get notifications.
Otherwise, he won’t get, as this email does not exist.

Default settings are fine, max connections allow more connections to be implemented on your site, that might increase the speed somehow.

Hello, we problem when someone accepting friend requests or trying to see any notifications or messages. It’s just spinning and spinning around 30 seconds minimum which is really very disgusting.

I got response from server guys: “We have tested the website’s add friend functionality and it is very fast.
You may want to clear your cache or try a different browser.
In case there is a problem that we are not able to detect, I’ve enabled MySQL to log slow queries.
The following file will log queries that take longer than 3 seconds: /var/log/slowqueries
This log can be analyzed at a later date to see if there are any slow MySQL queries happenning.
We tested it, it’s not happening for us. It’s working very quickly for us in fact. We recommend you look at local settings. But we have also setup an option to log slow Database Queries in the location that Mathew specified.”

It means you have an issue with server mailing system.
Do you use SMTP?
Try using different SMTP provider and that will fix your issue.
Admin > E-mail settings > Test server.

add edit history meaning the post you edit from time to time it will be recorded in edit history you or someone else can view how many times has this post been edited with a like system within edit history telling you which versions of the edit did that person like but you can’t like any post in edit history just tells you which version of the post did this person seen and liked from a drop-down menu of the post you will get options to see edit history

This feature isn’t available in our script as it doesn’t support it, and it was removed coz this editor doesn’t support our script upload requirements.
Users can upload easily on third party websites, and import them, such as postimage, imgur etc.

Please dont waste time with all these crazy ideas for 1.5 update. We need the basics taken care of first:
- Advertising system
- Full Push Notifications support for native timeline app
- A real Share function that allows you to share a post within the site, on your timeline, page or group
- An emoticon system ( this might seem unnecessary but its pretty standard now and it makes people interact with the site more)
- A plugin system so we dont have to update everything everytime we update the main script
- More control for the admin
- More options for groups and pages (assign other users to be groups/page admins, allow photo/videos on pages
These are all very standard options on any social network. Please take care of these before adding all the extra things.

some how does not allow upload files yet, how ever why not make it where they can share youtube in movies area as well other links along with the video and chat settings where users can use there own server then paying a monthly fee for other services like red5 or OpenTok | WebRTC Platform where users can install it onto there own servers just a tip and keep up with the great work
also, the games needs to be re-do some of the miniclips games are not working anymore due to “Not a webgame!” even tho its a URL from that games, its best to have it a HTML or something that can use other party or a plugin services

ah, good as the video / audio setting just paying just to use a 3 party every time can be a problem even for a new start up social noobs out there, now for the games it only works on few but not all.. am going to see if there a other site and use a API like on how php-fox (older one) as they had a nice plugin where u can just use the html or embedded like yo-villa etc or other flash and non-flash games, as for the themes, why not add in a few 4 to high end templates or something then a basic more will buy if there’s lot of themes as well mobile—make it stand out
